They quickly diagnosed and explained everything clearly before proceeding with any work. The repair was completed swiftly. The shop was clean, and the waiting area was comfortable and inviting. They are very honest because my son left his money in the car, and after they fixed my car, they had all of my things and the money in a Ziplock bag. They even cleaned and detailed my car!!! I highly recommend Collision Worx in Scranton, SC, to anyone seeking honest and reliable service. I will certainly return for maintenance on my other vehicles! I can't say enough great things about Jay and Randy. I was involved in a minor fender bender but it ended up doing a good deal of damage to my car. My insurance company wanted me to use another body shop but Collision Worx came highly recommended so I went with them. Jay did a very good job of coordinating the repairs with my insurance company and making sure that my insurance company covered quality parts and kept the costs reasonable. The work done was fantastic and my car looks great. I couldn't be more pleased. It's very obvious that Jay and Randy have a great deal of pride in their work and and are driven by customer satisfaction.

Randy and Jay were referred to me by my cousin and his colleague who have been in new and used cars in SC and NC for over 5 decades. Collisions Worx was their only choice. Our 2021 CRV Hybrid had been damaged from bumper-to-bumper (yet drivable), with the other driver at fault and who had Allstate insurance. Randy and Jay explained every step of the process to accurately assess the damage, justify the additional costs to the Allstate adjuster, acquire the best parts, and how they would use their hi-tech shop to make repairs. We scheduled for just after Christmas, and it took about two weeks for all tasks to be completed as we had planned. Collision Worx gets the 5*+ rating from my family, and they are high-caliber professionals. Take your damaged vehicles to them and relax.😎

Big thanks to Rodney Howell over at Dunrite Transmissions for letting me know that Randy Matthews and Jay Hardy from ABW had their own shop, Collision Worx, in Scranton!! Called and stopped by there for Jay to take a look at the driver's door on my mom's (Sharon) 1997 Dodge Ram. He was able to put us down for Monday, November 18th, and had the truck ready the next day, November 19th!! Jay was helping another customer when we arrived to pick up the truck but we got to go inside and speak with Randy to settle up on everything. My mom is grinning ear to ear and happy to have her truck "pretty as can be" again, and that's even higher praise than a 5-star Google review! 🙂 In all seriousness, Randy Matthews and Jay Hardy run their business on the golden rule - treat others the way you want to be treated, and God bless them for it! These gentlemen repaired my front bumper after someone hit it in a parking lot. They are super friendly and did an amazing job. They even polished my headlights and vacuumed out the inside. I would recommend anyone that needs any type of body work to go see them.

I dropped my car off for some minor repairs - door dings, shopping cart scratches - not only were they very reasonably priced, the work is amazing!!! My car looks brand new! I am so happy!!! And, as an added bonus, they vacuumed and cleaned out the inside as well!!! What a special treat! I highly recommend these guys for all things auto body!!! ❤️❤️

Just picked up my Toyota Tundra and the work was superior. I can’t say enough good about Jay and Randy. Got me in fast and done without delay. I live about 35 miles away which isn’t a crazy drive, but we’ll worth the extra couple of miles to get it done right! Randy and Jay are two blue collar guys with many years of experience in the body shop. They were extremely helpful and courteous in fixing my 2023 Chevrolet Traverse. These guys are the absolute best!!! They went above and beyond fixing my Jeep. It looks incredible now, and they got it turned around quickly. Also, they are very professional and friendly and made the whole process go smoothly. Paint is faded in perfectly, you can’t even tell it was worked on!
