They have listed parts in wrong areas on ccc, over charge for wrong parts, can get them cheaper oem, and expect you to pay the return shipping for thier mistakes.
Everything is just great! Their service is always respectful and professional and always has the parts you're looking for. I buy parts from this business often.

This used auto parts company told me they have the vehicle I was interested in but after 6 days and 20 phone calls all they could tell me was they had no time to look at it and see if the item I needed was available. I wasted my time and had to listen to a dozen excuses as to why they were not bothered by my need instead of being honest.
Great customer service. I called in because i needed a fuel pump in a pinch and they confirmed what I needed was available. Before even completing the payment on the item, they were boxing up what I needed to ship to me. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again for a purchase. Thanks!

Ordered a passenger side rear lens for a 2009 Mercedes ML 350, received it quickly and on time however it was the wrong one. I Contacted the company by phone, left several messages and never received an email or return call at all and it’s been over a month now. Stuck with the wrong product, I can even use. Hopefully the will call me to resolve the problem.
Ordered a $200 engine computer for BMW. Before ordering, I asked if there was any damage, they said "No". I received the unit with broken/missing tabs. I cannot sell this or program this unit to my customer. I contacted them and they did nothing. It was not broken during the transit, because the pieces are not in the box, clearly it broke when they were removing it.
Do not order through them online or over the phone. They will blame it on you or the career.
Good Prices. Friendly staff. Can't ask for more from a wrecking yard. A little ways out there, but worth the drive. Used OEM parts are better than the junk you find on the internet.
Eddie was good to work with. However, the radio that we had bought from them was defective. They would not give us a refund or exchange because it was a few days after the 30 day return period had ended. We are a repair shop and did not finish the vehicle for the customer until a few days prior to me calling and asking for a refund. The customer let us know after he had driven the vehicle, that the navigation did not work in the radio.
They said there was absolutely nothing they could do. Eddie was nice, but management doesn't seem like they put the customer first at all.
They were very slow and unprofessional when it came to customer service and delivery. They made false promises when it came to owning up to their part, and offered many lame excuses for doing so. I would not recommend them to anyone else. The company that recommended them to me has now placed their credibility in question.
If you have all day to wait then this is the place to go. Drive 1 hour for pickup then had to wait 2 hours for then to load part. At least give customers an estimate time instead of saying it's just a few minutes. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS!
Could have got the part online for half the cost but needed then and they said they had it. Drove an hour and a half one way then they gave me the wrong window glass! Had to wait the weekend and Memorial Day trying to keep rain out the vehicle. Then got there and had to wait another hour and a half until they finally gave me the door glass. On the way to the mechanic now to see if maybe ita the right onw this time! DONT GOHERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!
They need to figure out how to keep track of their stock. I contacted them via their website and asked about a spare tire and if it was in stock. They told me yes so the next day I drove an hour, asked if they needed the stock number for the part but they told me they had a few. After waiting a half hour they bring up the wrong spare tire and proceed to tell me that they have no more of the size I need. If I would have known this I would not have wasted my time going here. The only thing a junkyard really needs to do is to junk cars and know what they have to resell.
It was a little out of my way but I made the trip to get a hard to find engine. I was unsure of the quality but it turned out good. The guys were very friendly and different than other junkyars I’ve been at
Good Price's. They told me pay for the parts ..first through online with a PayPal and we going to mail it next day I was waiting for one week and no part calling back they say the parts it's gone and is broken .... a refund transaction and they told me part is broken Horrible people. Told me they have a part. they tell me it's damaged and broken. Don't bother calling to order anything it wasting your time! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE!!???
David was awesome. they had a van of ours that was totaled and a GPS unit was not removed before it was picked up in our yard. I tracked it to their location and called David to see if there was any way they could take this out and send it to us. David said they deliver down here everyday and if they could find the GPS, they would remove it and send it.
it showed up today. i am very impressed as a business owner with this level of customer service. Kudos to them.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WAITED 2 WEEKS FOR A PART THAT WAS NEVER SHIPPED. EVERY TIME I CALLED THE SAID IT WAS GONNA BE PULLED AND SENT OUT THE FOLLOWING DAY. FINALLY I HAD TO GET A MANGER ON THE PHONE ONLY FOR HIM TO TELL ME THAT THEY WERE''NT GOING TO SEND MY PART OUT. AFTER 2 WEEKS!!!!! I ORDER PARTS EVERYDAY FOR A LIVING AND I CAN TELL YOU I WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME CALLING THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT DESERVING OF THIS 1 LONELY STAR THANK YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME AS WELL AS MY CUSTOMERS..

These guys are on their A game every day. They open at 8 and close at 5:30, out pacing the competition in EVERY aspect, including hours of operation and most definitely customer service. This place is always my #1 go-to place. Never any issues, and they stand behind their parts 100%. I know a few yards that need to take lessons from these guys!! 5 Stars, #1 in the business.

To start this is a salvage yard, and from dealing with other yards in the past I would have to say I am very pleased with the way 301 Auto Parts conduct business. They have a friendly staff and almost any part for your vehicle. I bought 3 parts and one part they didn't have, but they tracked one down for me free of charge. I will be doing business with this yard again! A++
