One of the worst services I’ve ever experienced. They promised to arrive at 4:31 pm but never showed. When I called, they said they were running behind and would be coming, but an hour later—still nothing. I called again, and this time they didn’t even answer. My provider also tried to reach them, and they refused to respond. Completely unreliable and untrustworthy. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Quick service today when I had a flat. The man that came out was nice and told us where to go to get the tire fixed. Insurance company did good on getting them dispatched.
Awesome job picking up my teens car when the alternator went out. From the professional dispatcher calling through the call and multiple text messages from the driver. He kept in constant communication with me. Explained that he had 2 more tows ahead of me. Let me know when he arrived. Confirmed where I wanted the car dropped in my yard. When he got here to drop the car, he was extremely polite yet quick. He dropped the car exactly where we needed it and it was the quickest drop i think I've ever seen. In his wonderful southern accent, he thanked me and said have a great day.
I’m currently at Walmart where my car broke down. It’s 3:50pm. The towing app says this guy arrived at 2:55pm. Still not here. After 2 phone calls and already 15 late passed the second time they gave that they would be here there is no one in sight. Worst service ever. And who knows when or how long I will have to be here.
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! These people left me stranded for HOURS WITH NO CALL OR EXPLANATION . When the insurance company tried to call they ignored they ignored every call. When they cancelled the request due to absolutely no response b&c immediately called from a different number no one knew with no concern for the urgency of the situation and LIED to keep the tow request for $$$. They got caught in the lie and when the company and I tried to contact them again to get real answers they turned their phone off with no explanation. At least he was kind enough to send a text saying he’s skipping me and then turn the phone back off. What great service y’all. The inconsideration and disrespect for me and the emergency is unbelievable. Do not gamble with your safety with these people. They will lie and leave you to die! If you can’t do the job then just say that. I wish I could give no stars. They don’t even deserve the one.
My cars radiator blew yesterday, thankfully I have tow service through geico. They assigned B&C as my tow company. All I can say is that they were so professional kept me up to date on ETA took less than 20 minutes to get to me have car on truck in on its way to repair shop. Thank you B&C for making a stressful situation to so well. If you need a tow I highly recommend B&C
Was at the gas station with a dead battery, hoping road side assistance would come within an hour as I was already late picking up my toddlers from school. They happened to pull in beside me and when I asked if they could be of any assistance they did not hesitate for a second to give me a helping hand. Extremely grateful and deeply appreciated the act of kindness!

Our engine broke down at 2:30pm and we immediately put in the order with our provider and received almost immediate confirmation that B&C would be there to tow us to a mechanic we arranged within 1-1.5 hours. We received three updates saying it would still be an additional hour. We started calling our provide, B&C, and the mechanic and the tow company kept saying they would be there soon. After 3 hours the mechanic offered to stay 1 hour after their 5:00pm close to wait for us. The tow driver kept pushing us back again and again and then at 6:15 canceled our tow all together. We are out of state on the side of the interstate with no tow and no care. Literally in tears.
We waited on the side of I95 for 3 hours for this company, every time we called dispatch they assured us it would only be 30 minutes. They ended up dropping our call altogether after waiting THREE HOURS for them. When I called the driver he was rude, cussed, and then hung up on me.

On 7/30 a.m., I called Chris to inquiry about services. I was very pleasant, respectful, calm and professional. In the middle of my inquiry, as I was quickly explaining to Chris what exactly I needed, he very rudely cut me off and said basically we do not do that here. However, had Chris used effective communication, active listening and professionalism, he would have found out that his assumption was incorrect. I was NOT requesting what he assumed I needed. As a small business owner, this is not how one should conduct themselves. His services were referred to me by another company. I had to contact the referring company to advise them that they may need to PAUSE with referring his services because they could also face backlash when such issues as what I experienced arrise.
In my travels Friday to Greensboro NC, I encountered 2 flat tires from a piece of lumber on the highway. Called my insurance company to get my truck towed and afterwards spoke to the dispatcher, whom by the way was very nice and helpful, spoke to the tow driver and while in the midst of handling other issues, and trying to explain what I needed he hung up the phone.
Not only did that disturb me, he was late, he lied about him being at my location and he had a passenger in the tow truck with him. Had it not been for my motorcycle brother's staying by my side I wouldn't have been able to get a ride to the tire shop.
On the way to the tire shop, the driver was driving very eratic and drove through 2 yellow lights and once at the tire shop, he dropped my truck off in the entry way to the tire shop, and took off without thanking me for using this tow company. I feel the driver was very unprofessional in all aspects to include his appearance.
My car got stuck in my yard at 2am. These guys came all the way from Johnsonville, in dense fog, wet roads, etc to pull me out. Chris was quick, professional and charming. The dispatcher was on it as well. Even took the time to listen while I was on my soap box. Made sure I didn’t get stuck again before departing. Amazing, will use again.
Very rude i just wanted to ride with them to see them tow my truck an they caught an attitude just because I wanted to go with them to tow my truck to make sure nothing goes wrong
