They did resolve all the repairs needed on my R230 Mercedes Benz SL or so it seems thus far. All features now work properly with my car at the time of my review of this business. They also seemed to have properly completed routine maintenance and an oil change on my Mercedes Benz. Their prices are in line with what other independent repair shops ask for. This is average pricing outside a dealership service center. The employees inside and out acted somewhat sulky, sullen, with some pouting, lips pushed out like seen on children, and seemed to lack many customer communication skills when I tried to respectfully discuss my car with them. I do not think this repair shop is bad but based on the many past businesses I have taken my cars to, I feel this business is about average. Skills here are perhaps higher than some of the other repair shops but attitudes are subpar relative to the other shops I visited prior. My honest thoughts of Greg’s Imports after visiting to have my car repaired and needed maintenance performed.

Tony runs this service center and is the best. He went above and beyond anything I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! If you have a German car that needs mechanical or electrical repairs, this is the only place you should go!!!
I was elated to find out about Greg’s from a customer of his. Tony (the owner) is very knowledgeable, with many year’s experience with foreign cars.
I have a Mercedes 350 GLX that was due for a “check”. I did not want to go to the dealer. Their prices are outlandish! I called Greg’s. They did a great job, prices were reasonable and all of them were extremely friendly!

This place is overrated the service there is poor your overcharged for everything and in their repairs they broke my alarm system turn around fix that and I had to pay them 200 and some odd dollars for a relay switched it only cost $38 I would never refer someone to this shop
