They took the oil out of my car and put it back in. I guess the guy didn’t know I heard him say” we going to drain that oil and put it back in.”But yet they charge me for an oil service. I will NEVER go there again!
The oil change service is not complete if ALL fluids can not be checked. However, you will be charged like it was checked. If you don't look and ask you will not be told about it either. Its time to find somewhere else to go.
The customer service was great. The technician explained everything very thoroughly to me, but he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need or could wait to do at a later time. I really liked that!!!
Great customer service! They inform me of services I needed and other services they provided with the cost. I always appreciate information. I love the fact that they did not try to push anything on me that I couldn't afford or want. Everything was done in a timely manner. I will be back.

J went in for an Uber Lyft inspection. I was failed but was told for a 99 rear brake service I would pass. This seems to be a pressure sales tactic. Just had brakes serviced in late June. Its now August.
Warning Alert!!!!! Do Not Take your car here. The service rep tried to get me to buy extra items. Told me I had a leak Left there and my check engine light came on. The worst customer service and the manager didn’t acted like ohhh well. I was told not take it my car here but I took it anyway.
My first visit to this type of business and I was impressed! I stayed in my vehicle during the oil change. The workers function as a team and communicate well during the servicing of your vehicle. Jiffy Lube checked more than just my oil and I was pleased with the service. Yes, they do try to "upsell" you but they are doing their job and making you aware of any issues that you may have with your vehicle. If you don't want what they are trying to sell, just tell them that and they proceed. I will return to this location!! I was in & out in about 25 minutes including registering for the service and paying.
Everyone was so professional, yet fast. They were not pushy when I did not want to replace my air filter and instead gave the recommended time frame that I come back and explained why it is important to do so. We will be back! :)
Ryan the mechanic who assisted me was a true professional. He made me aware of areas of my truck that needed attention and dissuaded my worries about things I thought might be a problem. Great team at that store all around.
The Jiffy Lube team did a great job replacing the rear brake pads and changing the oil on my car. They were all very nice and I was happy with the results. My car was clean and I was on my way home soon.
I am thankful I have a place like Jiffy Lube to take good care of my automobile. I have seen them go the extra mile to help me understand what I need to do to keep from having to trade my car. It has more than two hundred thousand miles on it and I don't want to have to get used to a new one with so many bells and whistles. I never have had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes for service. Keep these young people employed as they are professionals.
I had a very nice experience at Jiffy Lube. As soon as I pulled into parking lot, I was greeted by one of the employees. I was not pressured into choosing the highest price point oil change. Was simply asked what type of oil would I like to use. My car was brought right into the bay. The guys there did an inspection of car, changed oil, and had me ready to go in around 15 or so minutes. I would definitely recommend this Jiffy Lube.
I went to get my oil changed in my Sprinter last week and received great service. Andre was filling in from another store. He was funny, knowledgeable, and he saved me a few bucks also. I will probably be getting the fleet account soon based on his recommendation.

I came in for a oil change cutting it close to closing time. They were really professional. Took my car in the shop with no problems. Explained what could be an issue and gave solutions to the problems if I wanted to fix them. Great service and I will be back
Every time, I get service that far exceeds anywhere else I have been to service my car. All of the employees are helpful and welcoming and treat me so kindly. Being a 50+ single woman, I love knowing that I have a place to take my car that no one will take advantage of me about what is going on with my vehicle. They never ask me to replace anything that doesn't sincerely need to be replaced. Thank you to all of the kind gentlemen at this location!
Very pleased with their work. Have dropped off truck twice to have it serviced. They are very efficient and will tell anything that needs to be addressed. Have also dropped off my Mom's Cherokee, they were really good with her! Highly recommend!!!
