Went in to get my wheel bearings replaced. Charged me $600 for two replacements, which isn’t the problem. I drive my car away from the shop after they replaced the wheel bearings only to hear a new clanking sound and I still hear the SAME humming sound Bozie said was from the bad wheel bearings. So now I’m out $600 with no issue resolved and now I have a NEW noise my car is making after they did some work to my car! I take it back, Bozie said it’s the front axle that’s making the noise and that is must’ve been making that noise before I brought it in to them… which absolutely is not the case. They caused my axle to start making noise, possibly damaged it and they didn’t offer to fix the issue or refund anything, my new noise was either “there already” or “it’s a characteristic of the car.” I hate to leave a bad review but this was my first (and last) experience here

Started having oil pressure issues on 95 and was able to limp my Tahoe to a different shop. They couldn't fix it so I got it towed to Bozie Lane. It turned out to be a pretty simple fix and they did it for a fair price. Great folks and great service!
When I say this place is awesome. I truly mean that. The most honest and caring mechanical shop around. I thank them for fixing my car when other places couldn’t do the work.I don’t live in the Florence area. I prayed and ask for Guidance. As I was on the internet I came across Bozie Lane. I called and told him my problems I was having. He told me what day to bring the car in and he jumped right on it. They took really good care of my vehicle. It runs great and the price was better than the dealership. Just say 2000 dollars better I would recommend them any day. We need more people like this. The world we live in would be a better place.
I was a little on edge about taking a gen 1 Tundra on a long RV’ing trip through mountains etc until Bozie and co went through it. That set my mind at ease. Great job and reasonable. I can see why they stay booked.
me and this other guy was there bc of a review from another mechanic shop that is very pricey but the guy at the desk was nice and looked at my car and put the little machine on it, explained possibly of what was wrong and what I could try and I was pleased. will be going back to them if need be.
I called to get an oil change, and he said, "Come on". No wait, done in 30 minutes and didn't cost an arm and a leg like other places in town! Go visit him.
The most honest and reasonable business I've ever done business with!!!! I was referred by a parts dealer in town and have never had to find another mechanic since. I drop my car off in the morning and it's done before i get off work. Very very good people to deal with! I'm glad I found them and refer all my friends family and co-workers here.
Just visited this mechanic for the 1st time ever for a check of my a/c and a tire rotation. Excellent service! He was recommended by a good friend and every customer that I talked to while I was waiting said he is great! Pricing was also very reasonable! I think I finally found a good mechanic. I will definitely be going back and telling my friends and family about Bozie Lane Automotive!

I took my Prius there because some warning lights kept coming on. They drove it twice and it never happened again. They drove it 30 miles. Called and told me they could find anything wrong and charged me nothing! How many places would do that? Dealer charges 109.00 just to drive it in the door. They do business the old fashioned way which is a compliment. They replaced my daughter's entire engine and it is running great. Bozie worked at Toyota for years!
Sometime last year I spoke to someone at Bozie Lane & they were very professional & polite. Replaced the spark plugs on my husband’s car. However this year I called back for a quote on some repairs that my husband’s car needed, and someone very nastily said, “Ma’am I can stop you right there, I don’t work on Lincoln Cars”. “So I said oh really? Well I thought you did, because we brought this same car there last year, and you changed the spark plugs, so I don’t understand?”. So then he said “well I can do certain things on certain cars... etc”. By that point I had stopped listening, we haven’t been back there since! I don’t appreciate dishonesty, and especially not a nasty vibe/tone on top of that.
Stopped in from out of town for a quick inspection on a used car. Price was very reasonable. Their experience and knowledge helped me make an informed decision on whether to purchase. Highly recommended.
Took the car without an appointment, got it back same day. I had the oil changed, the transmission serviced, and the tire pressure checked. It was a 2007 Honda civic hybrid that my son drives to school. Price was reasonable and he called me to let me know if was ready. This was the Friday after Christmas. Not too shabby!
Personally gone here before no problems but last two times for the same simple problem to be fix and yet not to be fixed each time. Then other problems asked to fixed never been looked at. Just getting my lights reset all they ever did was unplug my battery and hope that fixed it. I could of done that for free. Watch out for these crooks. Don’t waste your time they are just looking for a quick buck.

I met Bozie some years ago. I was at the gas station next to his shop and needed a jump. Bozie was in the store and came out and ask did I need a jump. I must say he is one cool dude lol. I trust him with my car and the information he gives me check him out!
Bozie Lane is the best auto shop in Florence. There staff is knowledgable, expierenced, friendly and always punctual. I live in Florida now, but will only get my service done bythese guys when I'm in town to visit family. They will always tell you the truth and never try to do more than what's needed to extort money from you. You can't ask for better, more reliable service than these guys give! Do yourself a favor and start taking your car to Bozie Lane Auto when it's time for service or youneed something fixed!
