I recently brought my Mercedes-Benz to Lee's Tire & Auto for an oil change and new tires, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience a breeze. The work on my Mercedes was excellent – professional, efficient, and they clearly know their way around high-end vehicles.
What really sealed the deal for me, though, is their apparent expertise with Jeeps. I just purchased a used 2014 Jeep Wrangler, and Browse through their photos, it's clear they work on a lot of them. This gives me huge peace of mind knowing that when my Jeep needs service, I have a trusted, specialized shop right here. It's fantastic to find a place that can handle both my luxury car and my rugged off-roader with such skill and care.

I had an exceptional experience at Lee's Tire & Auto in Florence! As a proud owner of a 2014 Mercedes-Benz ML350, I'm always particular about who works on my car. Lee's not only met but exceeded my expectations for both the tire installation and oil change. The staff was incredibly courteous, took the time to explain everything, and got the job done perfectly and promptly. It's clear they pride themselves on quality work and customer satisfaction. This is now my go-to place for all my auto service needs. Five stars aren't enough!

John Lee is an exceptionally awesome guy. His prices are as low as they come, the service is beyond exceptional. He's also a well know Jeep enthusiast. (Brownie points) Don't question yourself, Lee's is the place to take ur vehicle.

John Lee operates a very good auto repair business. He was recommended to me by a good friend who has gone to Lee Auto throughout his life and his brother has as well. John’s mechanic solved the serpentine belt/alternator alignment issue on my son’s truck that 3 prior mechanics were unable to accomplish.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE MR. JOHN LEE AND HIS GUYS AT THIS SHOP! I'll just say that he's the ONLY local shop that I'll take my Jeep. They do great work, are very reasonably priced, and go above & beyond to answer any questions/ fix anything that's wrong with your vehicle as long as they're able to do it in the shop. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this shop, especially if you're a Jeep owner!
Friday Oct 27 2023, We took off from mid NC to Huger SC to pick up an old car. On the south side of Florence SC we noticed smoke coming out from under the front of truck. We figured out it was the passenger front brake failing. We worked our way back up the road to Lee Tire and Auto.
The owner came out, listened to our tale and said it would be about 45 minutes before he could check it out. Within a couple of hours, he had diagnosed, picked up parts, fixed it and test drove it. The cost was not near as much as we expected.
They were all very informative to us. We were not regulars and we may never need them again. We were at their mercy so to speak.
Therefore we highly recommend them for honesty, integrity, knowledge and kindness. We would definitely use them if we lived in the area.

After dealing with John at Lee's Tire & Auto several times-with different vehicles-I have been compelled to write my first review on a business in Florence. I am very impressed with the customer service I receive when I leave my car to be fixed. John communicates great with the customers and has the most efficient employees that I have ever encountered. They make the repairs to my car in a fraction of the time AND a fraction of the price quoted by other businesses. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any repairs on their vehicle. AWESOME BUSINESS!

Our van unexpectedly broke down in the middle of a road trip, and these angels not only correctly diagnosed our problem based on the issues we described over the phone, but fit us in same-day within a few short hours and replaced our faulty tire. They saved our vacation (and sanity!) with a smile and genuine southern hospitality. And their prices were incredibly reasonable! We would give them 100 stars if we could! Thanks to Lee and his staff, took my car in for some A/C repairs. Lee's team did and awesome job. Really great price I'm happy because the wife's happy. Would recommend Lee to others as well. He even calls after the work to follow up, you want get that from other shops. Please give him a try, you want be disappointed.
We have known John since he worked at another establishment and he is the only mechanic my wife would trust. Had some issues with my Jeep and death wobble. John’s shop did a lot of work for a super fair price. He called me a few days after the service to check if everything was okay. Who does that now a days! It’s the only place I trust to do it right. Great customer service and honest. He treats your vehicle like he would treat his own!
John installed a 4 inch lift (leaf springs, shocks and brake lines) on my 1982 Jeep Scrambler. His crew did a great job and even worked around a few things I needed. Will definitely use them again. Excellent work.
Amazing customer service! Most of the mechanic shops here & in surrounding areas tend to jack prices up, this shop does just the opposite. They have great cost, do amazing work and again have great customer service. I would 100% recommend them to anyone! Not to mention they were able to fix my car by the next day!! I came in very late notice, needing my car fixed by that weekend for a wedding in another state, I asked & they delivered. I have had no issues with my car since!
