I had to wait in the cold for 30 min for them to come and when I call back they said to me that the driver will be there 3 hours I am not going to wait for 3 hours to come
$500 to tow a car from Florence to Turbeville? I know people in the business and they even said that was a ripoff. Had I had time to get somebody to her it wouldn’t have been near that much but HP called them and that’s who they sent…. I know they have to charge for the rotation call but the extra 250 to take her car to the shop was a bit much… I know that insurance and all is expensive for that type business and to run the trucks but I mean come on the lady was upset and didn’t know what to do but anyway it could have been handled better! She’s on a set income and now worried about having the money to fix her car…. But I know that’s not their problem…. But anyway
My daughter and I were traveling in South Carolina recently when the car broke down. It was towed to TP towing in Florence by Robert.. He was super kind to us, and worked with us until we could get the car back to North Carolina.. He even stopped by our Hotel to pick up the key.. I would recommend TP towing to anyone
The kindest man arrived so quickly to help us with our vehicle after we got a flat tire on 95. We were heading home from Disney and my son is autistic with special medical needs. They arrived quickly and worked hard to get our vehicle loaded, since my security went off and locked everything up when we tried changing the tire, we couldn't get it into neutral! Great service, great price! He was truly our guardian angel today!

They came right out and drove me and my family to a hotel for the night. The driver also helped us in trying to secure a rental car to finish our trip home when our car was totaled.
