I got stuck on the highway and my dad called them for a tow and even took his money and gave them my number to call me. It’s been well over an hour and I haven’t received a call and the truck hasn’t showed up. It appears they returned the money. I understand they might be busy, but, to just refund the money without any communication as to why is unprofessional.
This company took my car illegally from a towing lot without the title. I was donating it to Disabled American Veterans. They took it from the lot and I never got the plate back. I need it for the DMV. Damn this company. Now they are jerking me around. I just want the plate. Come Monday I will go there with a police officer. Maybe then I can get the plate. Beware. They could care less about you.

This company is amazing. I broke down and had to call them to tow me back home. From the customer service rep to the towing guy, I received the best service. The process was fast and I am thoroughly impressed.
These guys are amazing. My truck stopped on me and I everyone I called couldn't come get my truck. I saw these guys at the gas station as I was passing by and I stopped and I asked them will they please tow my truck and without a second thought they said yes. I appreciate these guys soooooooo much. My car didn't have to sit at the restaurant over night. Thank you guys again for your excellent service.
Had to have my car towed today (Easter) and they had it to me in less than three hours which to me is great for being a Sunday and Easter. Price was great too. Driver and Ronnie were both friendly. Definitely recommend.

Lowcountry Towing and Recovery helped me tremendously when I needed my car towed in the middle of a rainstorm! not only were they quick to the scene, they made sure I had a safe ride home especially since it was dark and rainy out and took me where I needed to go! All of my belongings were safe and well taken care of, the entire process was easy and stress free with a great rate as well… unlike the headache of other competitors I’ve dealt with in the past. I’ll definitely be a returning customer when need be, wouldn’t call anyone else, Low-country Towing treated me like family!
Very unprofessional..The lady I spoke with on the phone was not very nice. Threatened us before I got a chance to talk to her. Told not to waste her time. I'm glad some had good service with them if everyone was treated like we were they couldn't stay in business.

6 hours from home and our car decided it no longer wanted to run. Called them and they went out of their way to take care of us asap. Tow truck showed up within 15 minutes and driver was very friendly and professional. Cant thank them enough for the amazing service.
Excellent service! I was running behind after waking up late for work. During the panic I absentmindedly lock my keys in my car. I called this company and the response was quick. Ronnie the driver was at my jobs address within 30 minutes. He was very professional, informative and knowledgeable at what he does. Got me back in my car within minutes of his arrival. Very reasonably priced considering, what it would have me cost to replace a window . I will definitely use this company again if I am ever i this situation again.
I was very happy with the service i recieved. My car stopped on me and everyone I called gave me a 2hr to 3 hr wait. These guys were there in reasonable time. I didnt have to leave my car on the side of the road for to long. My biggest fear was leaving it. I will use them for all my towing needs. Very professional.

Called on low country towing around 11:00 a.m on a busy Saturday morning to get my vehicle out of a bad situation. Not only was he affordable, he had the vehicle picked up and safely brought to my home within an hour and a half after the call. I couldn’t have asked for better. I called Lowcountry Towing because I had a flat tire and Ronnie got there in 10 minutes. It was late, but he still provided me with fast service and he was very polite. I am recommending this company to everyone I know!
Price kept changing on the storage of my car as the day went on. The guy told me one price and the lady said another price higher. The guy told me that he would be there if I could get there before 5. I called back to let them know that I was on my way and the young lady said we aren’t going to be here. Not professional had to wait until someone showed up only to find out that they live there.Would not recommend them to anyone.
By far the best towing company I’ve ever used, if you need a tow at 3 am they made sure to be there no later than 30 minutes later. Absolutely amazing!!!! I highly recommend them. I will never call another towing company again
