I was in the company car and broke down in the Florence area. Rusty's son came to the rescue! This young man could not have been any nicer to me. I was so thankful he was able to get the car and myself back to Myrtle Beach. You can definitely tell his parents have raised him to be very respectful. I can't say enough about how kind he was. I would recommend Rusty's towing to anyone that needs help.

Was stranded in an unfamiliar area over an hour away from home on a sunday and couldnt find any mechanics open to get us back on the road. I was reccomended to call Rusty for help. He was AMAZING!!!! Even though he was busy with his current workload for the day he took the time out to help me find someone who was able to drive out to me and get me back on the road home safely. He is the true definition of southern hospitality and i know if im ever stranded in florence again Rusty is there to help or point me in the right direction! I was back on the road less than an hour after our first call and I couldnt be more grateful to have someone like him looking out for me. He took a horribly stressful situation for me and lifted the weight right off my shoulders. He will always be my first recommendation to others and my first phone call if im ever experiencing car issues in his area again.
We needed our vehicle towed out of the road to a motel. He had previously gave us a number for a guy to help with the car but the guy ended up messing our car up worse. So after hours of being broke down. He said to my boyfriend, your not gonna let him fix your car and wouldnt tow it. We just wanted to go to a room and rest. He and the other man are some kind of scammers. Do NOT use them!
Rusty is the BEST! I had an emergency and needed to be towed, and of course I was in a difficult spot to be towed. He maneuvered my car with care, and got it to the repair shop quickly. Rusty is a pleasure to work with. 10/10 would highly recommend him and his team!

Rusty’s towing was great! We got a flat tire 3 hours from home and weren’t able to change it and he was extremely helpful. He kept us updated by phone and text while he was on the way and was quick to get to us! He was so kind and made us feel much better about the whole process. He gave us the choice of where we wanted the car to go to get fixed as well. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!
We were involved in an accident on our way to a long weekend vacation. One of the other people involved had contacted Rusty for their vehicle and when he showed up, he checked on everyone involved, asked if we had contacted a tow and waited for us to figure out our plans and then provided us a tow and drove us to the Enterprise in Florence! I cannot say enough about how kind and professional Rusty and his family are. When we had to release our vehicle from his lot to the repair shop, he asked how we were all doing and how our trip was. I recently was in a really bad accident with my son. And the police just so happened to call Rusty's Towing and I am so happy they did. I didn't know the next step at all. I called Rusty and the first thing he said is how are you and your son. I'm sure he sees a million people a day and he remembered us! He helped me with what was going to happen next with my car. When it came time that I had to get all of my belongings out of my car because it was a total loss, he made time for me to come do so. He helped me get everyone out of the car. He was so kind and helpful! He didn't even mind my crazy kids running around lol. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!
Rustys towing did a fantastic job. He made sure our vehicle got to the dealership in Darlington SC. He also could handle 4 adults in his tow truck. Also his price was very reasonable. I would definitely use him if I was ever in Florence or the Darlington area.
Rusty is amazing! Our trusty Honda left us stranded at a service station with a newborn and a 2 year old on our way to visit our parents in Hilton Head. While panicking and waiting for another truck for forever, Rusty happened to pull up and was able to get us going, on the road, with recommendations on what to do next in just a few minutes. In the middle of our breakdown, he was a shining light and we are so so grateful! Can't recommend enough!

He towed a vehicle for a coworker of mine and I came from Greenville to Florence to pick it up. He used his rollback and sat the vehicle on my trailer for me. Also helped chain the vehicle down, then offered me a sink to wash my hands and water to drink, without asking for another dime. He also made time for all this on a sunday. Very personable and respectful. Would definately recommend!

Rusty is so professional and so nice he really came through in our time of need we are from Florida and we had a blow out on 95 N near Florence and he came through for us so quickly and efficiently compared to our roadside assistance he could not even help us out and got all 3 of us to safe destination. Rusty was great today. With all the rain we’ve had my car got bogged down in the yard. Tried to use the 4 wheel drive to get it out but that started sinking too. Rusty showed up with a smile on his face ready to help. Got it out in under 5 minutes at a great price. He was friendly and professional. Would absolutely use his services again if ever needed!
Very reliable and kind. Will definitely recommend for services. Needed to get my lug nut off my tire to change it because it was scripted and stuck on.
