Had a wreck on 20. Cops called towing bc they were next on the list. They took about $10,000 worth of tools out my car that were my dead pops tools. Unbelievable

Tommy's Towing did am amazing job for us! We were driving through SC trying to stay ahead of Hurricane Helene when we broke down in Florence, SC. We thought our battery died but it turned out to be the starter. That created a few issues but Tommy navigated them all with professionalism & expertise. Tommy took us to a great mechanic (Black's Tire & Auto Service) and because of Tommy & Black's were were able to get back on the road and make it home ahead of the worst part of the storm. Tommy was very helpful, and he went far above and beyond to help us in our time of need. Our tire was damaged (with no spare) from a pothole on i-95 North and we had to be towed to the dealership. He even gave us a lift to a hotel since we had to wait until morning to get our car repaired. I'm thankful for kind and caring service providers like Tommy. He was an angel of mercy!

My car broke down on me and before I came back to pick it up. Tommy Towing towed my car. I paid this company $250 cash but they refuse to give me a receipt. I needed it to file with my insurance company for reimbursement. This company is just pocketing cash. PLEASE BE AWARE OF SCAM......
Thank you!!!! My roadside assistance let me down and left me stranded at a truck stop. I called Tommy's and they picked me up in 15 mins. They towed my car, made sure I was safe and also gave me some helpful info about mechanics. If I ever need a tow in this area again, I will definitely call Tommy's. I cannot thank them enough!!! 10 out of 10 recommendation! I was driving on my way to Florida from West Virginia and got a flat on the donut that I had already changed, which left me stranded on i95 at 2 in the morning. I had called countless other local towing companies to see if they had an extra spare to sell to me. I soon realized that they were quoting me outrageous and gouging prices. I then found Tommy's Towing. This man got out of bed, brought me a spare tire, and put it on all within the same hour! Not to mention a fair price! The service was exceptional and he was a very genuine person! If you have any issues in the Florence area, give him a call! He will treat you right and get it done in a professional manner.
Terrific service. I broke down on 95 outside of Florence just after Christmas. He was the only towing service that was willing to help me and acted very professional. He was upfront about the price and got to me within an hr. Highly recommend!

Never actually showed up to tow my car. Called and they agreed to tow my car from one auto place to the dealership since the current auto place couldn’t fix my car. They said they would call me when they got my car to the dealership so I could come and pay them. A few hours went by-no call. I call again. He said he tried calling me, sorry, and that he would come get it now and call me when it was at the dealership. No call the rest of the night. Called dealership and auto shop this morning-no one ever came and got my car. Never got a call back from the towing company saying there was a problem, he couldn’t do it, nothing. Extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time.
They have no good customer service's. Tommy towing tried to purchase my car illegally from my dead grandmother home from my uncle who had no rights to my car, not only that they also busted out my window on the right handside to get in my car. I will be calling a attorney about my damages. My insurance company shouldn't have to pay for it.
