The woman who called from Brooks to tell me they would be the ones handling my car, was very nice. The tow driver was also nice and arrived faster than I was originally told.
Shane was awesome and a fellow biker. My motorcycle clutch cable snapped and left me stranded on the roadside, unable to shift to neutral to roll the rear wheel.
He lubed up the flatbed with a bit of wd-40 to help the tires slide smoothly while I kept the front wheel straight as he pulled it up.
He tied the bike down perfect too, and it didn't move an inch during transit. Drop-off was just as smooth.
Bottom line - if you're in the Charleston, Summerville, or west ashley area and need your motorcycle towed safely and professionally, Shane with Brooks Towing is THE GUY!
My wife hit a median late at night and it was in an awkward angle, as the axle broke. Ian and Amanda were terrific to work with - on time, communicated well, loaded the car well despite the damage. Our collision shop was not open and was gated and they found a solution to the problem. Excellent service. Thank you Amanda and Ian!
Just now, I literally just had the best experience ever with Shane and Frank from Brooks Towing…. So I was unaware that my neighborhood rules literally state, “no parking on the grass.” It makes sense obviously but I moved into the grass due to heavy, FAST traffic around my corner here. Anyway, I was in the wrong, but I hear the tow truck outside, check my front camera and I run outside and ask the gentleman, what can I do about this… they literally told me I had two options. Gave me my options, I choose to pay on the spot for them to drop it right then, they explained all the rules of my neighborhood to me so I don’t get in trouble again. I must’ve missed the flyer that went out in our emails. They were so kind and professional, they only needed my license and registration to make sure it was my vehicle. I made my payment, we talked , laughed a bit and they went on their way! They thanked me for not being a rowdy customer and I thanked them for their professionalism and handling my case with care. They were great. Thanks so much Shane and Frank. Yall are doing great.
Jordan with Brooks Towing was awesome! I did not have to wait long at all! He was at my car within 45 minutes from the time I called AAA . WOW for a busy Friday morning!!! Jordan was professional and knowledgeable about what the problem may be. He text me when he was on the way for the pick up and when he delivered the car to the dealership! The Brooks Towing team are the best! From the dispatcher, who stayed in contact with us during our wait, to Shane the great experienced tow operator who went above and beyond on customer service. Our van broke down on an entrance ramp to Hwy 17 to cross the Ravenel Bridge. The dispatcher was able to juggle the schedule to get to us quicker than expected. Thus, Shane arrived to get us loaded up and out of harms way. Once we were on the road to drop off our downed vehicle, he offered to drop us straight the Charleston airport to get a rental vehicle at 11:30 pm! He could have went home as we were the last run for him BUT he chose to assist us further by taking us to the airport. His support for someone from out of town in a bad situation at 11:00 pm at night was MUCH appreciated! Brooks is a great company to have such caring people on their staff! Big shout out to Shane for his support! Thank you Shane!
Got a flat on my way home and thank goodness Brooks was right down the road. Had a driver out to me within 10 mins!!! Everyone I spoke to made me feel so relieved in a situation I've never been in. A random stranger who stopped to check on me was happy to know I had them coming. Can not be more thankful!!!!!
Fast, careful, professional. I arranged the service through my cart insurance. My car was broken so i requested a tow first thing the next morning to my preferred mechanic. The shop called extra early to provide allowance for the truck to arrive on time. The driver arrived before I could even get my shoes on. He offered to try a jump start before the tow, which sadly wasn't enough. My car is low and he took extra time to ensure it didn't scrape while being placed on the flat bed truck. Only soft straps were used. I followed him to the shop and his driving was professional. Highly recommended and will use them again if I have the unfortunate need.

Friendly service, accurate ETA’s, and reasonable prices. My tower, Shane, was expedient, knowledgeable and approachable. All in all, they were professional, and though I hope my car never requires a tow again, I’m relieved to know that Brooks Towing and Recovery is available to help.
Brooks towing is 1000% awesome. They went above and beyond. I had a major lead ion the interstate and helped me get new tire, change it out and helped find a place to offload some of my heavy load as not to blow another tire!!!

After bad experiences with tow company’s, my expectations were low. Absolutely phenomenal company in their service, punctuality and process to retrieve my vehicle that was stolen. Sam was attentive to my need of pick up and deliver. Same day service within an hr of call and Jacob was on his way and communicated with me every step of the way until the vehicle was on his truck and being towed away from property. I just had a great experience with Brooks Towing. I was out for a Sunday cruise in my restomod 59’ gmc truck when the transmission pan gasket blew out. Jacob showed up in less than 30 minutes and got me towed back home in no time. He was extremely careful with my baby, and went above and beyond unloading it into my garage for me. The price was extremely fair too. They are my new go-to towing service…I highly recommend them
