If I could give no stars I would. I was broke down on the side of the road on I95 called them at 5:49am because it says 24 hour service. No answer. And it is now 7:22am and they haven't even called me back. So much for 24 hr service.
Ace and Tex are good HD operators, I had a load shift on a flatbed, they came and worked their tails off for 3 hours fixing it better than the shipper did to begin with.. if you need rotator or HD work done call these guys and ask for Ace to be the operator
Very rude on the phone, was trying to get information and she spoke in the most rudest way. Bad for business especially with someone in distress trying to get a solution. I highly do not recommend solely based off the customer service you receive by a simple phone call. Can’t say that the towers are like that but why would you even continue if that’s how she represents the company first hand.
They showed up when they said they would. The driver knew what he was doing and got it done. He was friendly and that always helps in times like that. Elite did a good job, and yet, I hope I never have to use them again - you know, because I'm a truck driver and we don't like getting towed...
