No appointments available on a vehicle for nearly 10 days, paying storage on a vehicle I literally cannot move is illegal and called extortion. Then I'm told a self load vehicle doesn't require appointment for pickup (which is not disclosed anywhere) so a driver shows up and is turned away because there are no appointments. On hold for nearly an hour to reach the branch and still nothing.

The appointment time sucks.i got here at 9:45 a.m to pick up 1 car. My app was at 11:30 it's now 2:00 and still haven't got loaded yet.why book appointments they never be on time with them.this happen everytime I come here

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received following the total loss of my vehicle. A significant number of my personal belongings, which were entrusted to your care, have not been returned to me. Upon receipt of the first shipment, I discovered that my son's car seat, a pole for my daughter's bicycle, my jumper box, and my tire pump were all missing. After numerous attempts to contact your team, a second shipment was sent, which included the bicycle pole and my son's umbrella. Subsequently, a third shipment arrived with my son's car seat. Despite repeated follow-up calls, I was unable to obtain a resolution regarding the remaining missing items. It was only after I indicated my intention to file a police report that I received a response, at which point I was informed that the jumper box and tire pump could not be located. I can confirm that these items were present in my vehicle prior to the accident. The circumstances strongly suggest that these items were stolen. The entire process has been characterized by a lack of communication and a persistent failure to address my concerns effectively.

Terrible location!!! They intentionally have less appointments slots then the number of cars they sell… so nearly impossible to book an appointment. Seems like people only buy one time from this lot and then never again…. Called the yard to complain about the buildup of storage fees since I can’t book a time to pick up. The yard manager said that the they now started accepting walk-ins (as of March) because of this issue. That said. There’s no guarantee that you will be loaded anytime soon. Could be the next day… so get comfortable waiting a day to pickup one car. Really stupid system with horrible management. Ripping people off and wasting your time. Called corporate member services. There sorry answer was that every yard does what they want… and corporate office doesn’t have any authority over certain matters. So as long as corporate gets their fat fees… they don’t care what the yard does.

Jamie at the front desk was very nice and helpful. All the other staff I spoke to in the yard were helpful to when I asked where a vehicle or lot was.

Shouldn't have to wait all day long for one car to be loaded. Whoever is in charge of picking priorities and training needs to be retrained themselves. 25 trucks in the lot and it's backed up past the entrance. Their average has been one car every 30 minutes. NO OTHER LOCATION IS LIKE THIS.. watch them get tips from people who just get here and get loaded almost immediately. Time is money in all businesses.

They do not answer the phone. Took me several calls to my insurance to get an alternate phone number for them. Also, they bent my key so out of shape I can’t even unlock my truck. I’m sorry to anyone who has to deal with them. However, the guy who drove the wrecker gave me a courtesy call for delivery so they get one star for him.

I have bought from Copart for two years and this is the only yard that lies to you with the description. It said damage due to age, and one had a bad engine and the other a bad transmission. It said so on the paper that was attached but not on the internet listing. They are not honest. I have bought from Gaston and Spartanburg and have never had a problem like this. For those of us who do not have time to go see the lot, I do not recommend buying from this yard.

Worst ever. Go into your car without permission. Steal and act dumb. My car was on their site for sell before it was even totaled. Managers a joke. No response.

5 hour wait for 1 vehicle pick up. There is something really wrong with their appointment scheduling. I have never waited this long for a vehicle since appointments started years ago. This is the worst Copart. Be warned.

My vehicle got totaled and sent here for whatever reason. I opted out into keeping my vehicle. It sat there for a month which is the first red flag. I was told I’d have my car originally before the week was let’s make up a date and say by 9/15. I called weekly to ask the delivery dates. When I did finally end up receiving my car, they (coparts employee), stole my red top battery and replaced it with some junk. I bought the battery 3 months, ago it has a 2 year warrenty. I have photos and videos with dates on them that show the battery in the car a few weeks before my accident happened. I sent whomever all of this and they say to contact my insurance. Insurance says to contact coparts. I’ve gotten nowhere and it’s absolutely ridiculous.

They picked up my suv with a lowball offer. I justed wanted it gone before code enforcement said something, so I accepted. The tow driver had me sign in the wrong place. I get a call saying they needed a POA to fix that signed title, so I sent them one with the lot number on the envelope. Now 2 weeks later they say they lost the title and want 2 more POA.

Usaa had this company pick up our car after it was totaled. They stole multiple items out of our car to include a tire inflater, android auto Bluetooth device, tire gauge, and a 120w car charger equalling about $150 worth of stuff.

Staff is friendly and seems to work hard.....thats about it. As a car hauler i avoid this place at all cost. Today i had to go there. I checked in @ 1137 am and didnt get the vehicle brought out to me until after 2 pm. Ppl were showing up after me with appointment times 2 hours after me and got their cars before me. I was also in fear for my safety. Other drivers know how this place is and wasnt tolerating it today. Fights almost occured twice during the time i was there. Im just respectfully requesting as a car hauler that i should be allowed the opportunity to pick up cars in a reasonable time and not have to potentially be assaulted in the process.

Copart should close all facilities till end of the days… Now they asking for appointment only, and closes dates after 3 days Only 2 cars, 150 miles for 300$ :)) Why they try to open America again, Manheim already opened… All drivers should stop getting cars from copart, maybe after the “management” maybe understand that they are not so smart as they think…

Let's face it, most of the time, when you go to a Copart to pick up a car, the process is slow...but the people are working as fast as they can. Today was the 1st visit to this particular Copart, even though the wait was long, the forklift drive, was awesome. He handle the cars with care, greet everyone with a smile and was very helpful. It was a nice change from what you usually get from the overworked drivers.

Did a sell my car through junkmycar.com, that routed to copart. Never got called to schedule my tow then was called to ask where I was that the driver was trying to pick it up. After that it got scheduled two days later, Was suppose to pick up between 12-4 with it being at a shop that closed at 5:00. Called the morning to check if they actually had my number to make sure they called me before arriving, and they just had the shops not mine. Then Called at 3 cause I hadn’t heard anything and said the tow had been dispatched over an hour ago so likely arriving in within the hour. So I go to the shop around 3:30 to check, no tow arrived. Called at 4:30 and asked what was going on, where they finally said we can get a tow to you in 30 minutes if you can pull out the car since the business was closing 5:00 comes no driver here. Tow guy finally calls and says he’s picking up another car on the way in about 42 minutes then coming to me so I’m assuming it’ll probably be another 2 hours. Copart lied to me all day. If you do business with them I’d very much suggest getting a more honest service provider.

Great location. Amazing staff. Front office is ran perfectly. Supper clean. Had a little issue but the management and especially Lyndsey M handled it very well. Couldn’t be any more happier with her decision making and making sure I was a returning buyer to copart again and again and again.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want to know how you’ll be treated, just sit in the office for an hour and inevitably Ms. Kelsey will blow up on the phone with someone and then call them names such as “idiot” and “stupid” after she hangs up. Can’t imagine what she calls the rest of us in front of other customers. I’m astounded that they continue to let such ghastly behavior continue (especially when the manager is within hearing range!)

so I started off by driving 180 miles to copart in North Charleston south carolina, when I came there at 8:00 and told them I want to check out a vehicle that I want to bid on, and so they asked me for my members number and I gave my members number but they rejected like it wasn't so I was like its alright I can just make another one, so I did and and they asked me for the members number for the new account and I gave them and they also rejected them, I told them how can I get my members number, and they would not give a clear explanation on how to get my members number, and so I called member services and I was on hold for about an hour, and as said on the first complaint copart has really slow service, finally when I hot in touch with one of the workers, I told them how can I get my members account number with the new account I made, she told it takes about 3 business, and so I told here then how did my old accounts number didn't work she told me what copart was this what location, I told here can I put you on hold and she said yes and about ten seconds later she declined, seriously copart what kind of service is this. very poor customer service

I frequently travel to coparts for work. Must say this is by far the cleanest , most organized branch to date. The office clerk was well versed in her job. She was professional and very pleasant. The yard staff were on their game and super helpful. This branch is a 5 star establishment.
