Everyone makes you feel comfortable with casual educational talk/info about the metals you have and how much it worth, how to separate to get the most $ and anything they can to b honest people. And I think the girls behind the desk are professionals, they are quick, pretty smiles and some hotties
Do not take your metal to this place. They do not pay! They issue a purchase order that reads unpaid and tell you to come back later to get your money. When you return they tell you that they have already paid you for your metal. The office staff is rude and will hang up on you when you try to contact them about payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT GO HERE!! I WILL NOT RETURN UNTIL THE THIEVES ARE ARRESTED AND FIRED!! MATT IVES THE GENERAL MANAGER IS ABOUT WORTHLESS AS THE JUNK HE BUYS!! TOOK A WHOLE CONTAINER OF GREENPLATES AND THEY DISCARDED THEM BEFORE I GOT MY TICKET. THEY SAID I HAD ONE POUND AND WHEN I CONFRONTED THEM THEY SAID I WAS DELUSIONAL AND BROUGHT ME BACK SOME STEEL AND SAID IT WAS MINE AND TOLD ME NOT TO COME BACK! I CALLED HIM AND HE HUNG UP ON ME. HONESTLY THINK ITS A DRUG RING INVOLVED.
