So grateful I was recommended to this place! Lovely employees, completely great customer service! Price was reasonable and affordable! The wife of the company is such a sweetheart and was such a blessing and understanding! 100% recommend this Mechanic technician to anyone!

This was the best experience i’ve had with an auto repair shop! my AC went out & they accommodated fixing my it immediately. when something else went wrong on the car, the owner offered to come to my house in Florence after hours & make the repair since i have 3 small children. they were honest, fast, & did a great job!

Best auto service in Hartsville! Whenever my Prius starts making strange noises, I can drop it off with them and they always figure out what the problem is. Always fair and always honest. I wouldn't leave my car with anyone else.

I am so grateful we found this shop! Ryan and Danielle go above and beyond to provide quality work and exceptional customer service. They are honest, dependable, and the prices are very competitive. My husband was going to replace a starter on one of our vehicles, but when we found out they could do it for just a little more than it would cost us to purchase the part at retail prices, we were more than happy to have them do it. They have done a lot of work for us over the past 5 years, and we have always been happy with their service. Highly recommend!

The owner didn't fix the problem took it back to ask him about it was very rude and nasty. Not professional will rip you off. Charged 74 dollars for a brake light and it still doesn't work. Didn't fix the electrical issue would not recommend. He can lie and scam but we couldn't get the car unless we paid that bulb insulation everything I said is true. Gets nasty when you find he is a fraud. I'm going to look out for an elderly woman that u took advantage of and will always the owner came at me nasty. I was waiting until he finished with his customer so you get it straight. Worst service in Hartsville!!! Why don't you show how truly nasty that you talk to women online! I wouldn't bring a bicycle or any car that I owned to you I would pass by your sorry service. Was told before hand from perivous customers not to let you touch it you will get poor service, which was true! Cooling fan at the part store is 90 dollars you tried to take 300 dollars out pocket from this elderly woman. You're Just mad because I caught you overcharging and charging more for a bulb insulation doesn't even work to start with. BEWARE check out second options before going to this man for anything.

This auto repair shop fixed my car a week ahead of time. They diagnosed the trouble the first hour it was there and charged me a reasonable price to fix it. Their charge was even less than the last garage I talked to quoted just to diagnose, but not even to fix, the problem.

Great service & great people. They had my water pump replaced the same day I dropped it off. Highly recommend.

Over the years me and my family have all taken our cars to Ward's. They've always been good to us and fixed our cars extremely well. When they fix something it doesn't need to come back in for the same thing again. They are honest and fair with their quotes and repairs. They don't "break" something else when fixing something. They'll treat you right.

We needed our brakes serviced and needed it soon. We had to travel out of town for a doctor's visit; and we just didn't want to drive with the iffy brakes. During Covid, help is scarce everywhere. This place is no exception. Normally I would have had to wait in the queue a week to get my car fixed; once they realized that we needed help to stay safe. They found a work around and scheduled us for off hours on the weekend and did a great job and took care of us! They took care of us; not just fixed our car! It's easy to appreciate such fine service, and attention to customer needs. This was the third place we had tried to get the car fixed; one place was across the street. They wouldn't touch it; said they didn't have the time. Ward's came up with a solution that didn't affect promises to other customers already scheduled; they found a way to work on the car. I really truly appreciate it; and as a local guide; I think it's only fair they get acknowledged for this! They did a great job. They even fixed the emergency brake which has been broken since we first got this car, used, a year earlier. Thank you!

Visiting from NYC and unfortunately on my way to SC, my a/c went out on me (one of the hottest days in Virginia while sitting in traffic with my dog in tow). So needless to say not only was it going to be a long rest of the ride, but I was going to have an expected repair. My grandfather raved about Wards because he has had work on done on his car and took me there the next day after my arrival and from the pleasant hospitality from Danielle down to the excellent quality of repair, I was not disappointed. I took my car on a Thursday morning and they let me know they were closed Friday but the car would be ready Monday. And Wards fulfilled that guarantee. I never want anyone to go thru having there a/c conk out on them during the hot summer months but if you do and are in the Hartsville/Darlington/Florence area, please take your car to Wards!!!! Great job guys.....and my a/c is ICE COLD!!!!

Have been taking our Hondas there for years and have consistently had good experiences. When there was an issue, they took it seriously and resolved it fast. Can't ask for much more than that.

Pricey but does good work. Had an appointment for 1 day, but didn't get to my car for 1 day later. That's why I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars.

This place will rip you off. Beware, just ask around. He got me for $5,600.00. I ended up having my car took to another place in pieces. After spending a lot more money, find out Wards did the bottom wrong, wrong wrist pins, so I had to buy a new engine.

The customer service was so bad today that I would never get any work done by then at that shop or even side work or even recommend them to anyone to even go get and estimate from them. I don't see how in the world hartsville has voted them BEST Of ANYTHING!!! Save youself a trip and Drive Pass them !!!!

This is the worse experience of any business I have ever had. My car has been at the garage over 2 years. It was taken in June 2014. When the motor was tore down, the owner told me it was going to be a bigger job than he thought, so he needed me to pay 2000.00 as a deposit, which was paid. The block was sent to NAPA for work and returned. The estimate I was given was 5,800.00. I made numerous trips to see how my car was coming along. I was always given the excuse that they were waiting on a part. I had some things happen in my life, so I quit checking on the car as often. Finally after a year I heard from them and was told they needed 1,000.00 more to finish the car. That was paid as soon as it was asked for, but work has still not began on the car. Several weeks ago I went over there to see about the car again. Now the cam shafts that they were waiting on 2 years ago, have not even been ordered. The price I was quoted 2 years ago was 900.00 for the cams, that price has now ballooned to 1,200.00. On top of this they want to charge a storage fee, for a car that they have not fixed. They cannot even give me a quote on how much they want to finish the car. To make it even worse, I called another garage to see about them finishing it, they said it would have cost around 5,000.00 for doing the entire job. Even with the estimate, and the 1200.00 camshafts that would put the bill at 7,000.00
