These guys saved the day! My son is a college student in Florence and with me not being there, I was worried I wouldn't find anyone I could trust him with. The truck that my daughterwas driving broke down coming back from the beach on a Saturday evening 2 hours from our home. After AAA didnt show up, made a call to Jay at 11:00p.m. on a Saturday night. I explained to him my situation, and asked him if and how he could help me. We were able to get to my daughter and get her back home, while Jay came and got the truck early Sunday morning, took to his shop, called me Monday afternoon letting me know it wasn't the problem I had thought and it was much easier fix. He told me I could drive down on Monday night and pick up the truck. He did exactly what he said he would do. I never saw Jay, never got to shake his hand, everything we did was by phone, but he provided great help and service to a family that was stuck on the side of the road in a small town on a Saturday night. Had a low tire and my valve stem ended breaking. Jay got out to me quickly in the rain and got me fixed up and rolling again for a reasonable price. Highly recommend to anyone in need of service.
Short and sweet- called for a tow and was truthfully informed they would not be able to get to it right away. I was then redirected to someone else who went above and beyond to meet my “needs”. It’s not very often that people pass up business because they’re backed up. So, that says a lot to me in a good way — Appreciate the transparency and assistance!!! Honor system verified. Jay was a life saver! He was the 4th call that night after every other towing company said no. Thank goodness he said yes! He was super nice, professional and careful with our beautiful hot rod. Highly recommend. First class service all the way!
