Tyler did an awesome job changing my tire. He arrived earlier than expected and completed the job quickly and professionally. He was very nice and took the time to give me helpful advice on using a spare tire. He also suggested where I could find a good shop to get my tire fixed. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him!
The experience I had with Tyler could not have been any better. He was kind and caring about our emergent situation. We had a truck in front of us cause an accident to our vehicle and we were stranded 175 miles from our home. The insurance contacted Tyler and he did not hesitate to take the job to make sure we got home safe even though he would have to travel so far away. He made sure my 5 year old son was safely secured and we all had something to eat being it had already been a horrible day prior to the accident. There were many companies my insurance tried to contact to get us the long distance back home and Tyler was the only one who took it upon himself to help us out in our time of need. I commend him for his care and work ethic. Truly an ultimate professional. Great conversation as well during the 2 1/2 hour ride back home as well. If anyone EVER needs a towing company THIS IS THE ONE!! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10 stars if possible!!
Got my semi truck today and the battery was dead call progressive towing he came right on up to the 151 travel Center and got me started within 5 minutes, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it if I'm in trouble again definitely will be calling them again I truly appreciate it.
We were traveling 9 hours away from home when my brother-in-law’s vehicle broke down, and this tow company truly came to the rescue. They arrived quickly, treated us with kindness, and went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle was safely transported all the way to the dealership. Being so far from home, it was stressful, but their professionalism and care gave us real peace of mind. Tyler (Progressive Towing LLC) was dispatched by my insurance to tow my vehicle from my home to an auto repair shop on 8/11/25. His communication was prompt and clear as to when he would arrive. He did exactly as he said, was professional, respectful and even super nice! Highly recommend!!
My daughter was stuck 100 miles away from home on the side of the highway with her infant daughter. They came and picked up an abandoned car on my property. I called and he was there in less than 30 minutes. Very friendly and courteous. Would recommend to anyone for your towing needs!
We contacted Progressive Towing late one afternoon when we needed two 20 ft shipping containers moved on very short notice. They showed up first thing the next morning and moved both containers. Both were set where I needed them within an inch of where I had marked. To top it off, the price they charged me was a whole lot less than I would have expected. These folks are amazing.
