Update 2024. The transmission they sold me worked fine for awhile but eventually I I would learn it had been in taken out of a car they had been in a front end wreck. Moral of the story here is if you find a cheap transmission chances are it’s junk lol. They were willing to swap it out but the labor I would have ended up paying the tech wasn’t worth it.

Paid for a axel and trailing arm, they mushroomed the head on the axel so bad I can't even get the nut into it so a waste of 75 bucks, common since would tell you to leave the bolt on it backwards to take an axel off not satisfied at all
I tried almost everything trying to figure out where's this clunking noise coming from. Then something said it might be the steering column. Went to Charlotte to you pull it. They didn't have it. We'll see if your local salvage part place have it. Yes they do, already pulled. They gave me a great discount. I installed it. Issue fixed!! Thank you guys very much

I got a very important part here and it was put on and made a noise called them within 2 minutes they had me pulled up and making arrangements to swap out the part.

This company was great. Although they didn’t have what I needed, they referred me to someone who did. Customer service was AMAZING & I would definitely come back!
My bf was in search of a 06 Tahoe driver's seat (gray cloth), in which he knew it would be hard to find considering weather conditions and so forth. He searched everywhere( salvage yards up to a hour a away). I even called body shops to see if it could be fixed, no luck. Finally, one place told me to try this website and the first 2 places on the list had one but they were in terrible shape. I wasn't ready to give up, my bf was ready to throw in the towel. I called the next place (in order by distance from us)SAP on Wednesday and spoke to Casey. I told him what I was looking for (in luck they had just got one in) and because of how far we were coming, he was so gracious as to take pics and send them to me. I was very grateful. Turns out the seat was in great condition and he got the seat out for us. I asked if he could hold it until Friday morning when my bf got off and was able to get there and he said sure no problem . We were able to get there Thursday morning and to my surprise the seat was ready and just needed to be loaded up. The almost 5 hour drive(2.5 there and back) was well worth it for GREAT customer service!!! Thank you again to Casey for going above and beyond.

well I used to be able to do business with an AAA service, but now they have a phone service which is inoperable so you just can't get in touch with them. Hopefully the service only answers when all lines are busy because if it doesn't, they will have no business left. I am going by there today on my way to Florence so I'll stop in and talk with Johnny and the boys about this problem. Otherwise, great place to do business.Only 4 stars until the phone gets fixed.
