Marshall helped us last week and he was outstanding! We highly recommend this company. We were stranded by the side of the road with disabled passengers, he was incredibly helpful is helping them into his tow truck and attending to them while we secured a rent a car. I got a flat tire on my Tesla on the side of the highway on a Sunday night on our way to Florida. Tesla roadside couldn't get a tow truck to me for 2 hours. Tesla was going to drop me and my family off at a closed tire facility with an uber voucher at 11pm in a not so safe area. Highway patrol came and called Odom and he was there 10 minutes later. He was careful loading our vehicle, contacted a tire guy and drove us to that tire shop. The tire guy didn't have our size in stock so Odom drove my family to our hotel, lowered our vehicle and helped us to unload our luggage. I then went with him to the tire shop and he dropped the vehicle and then drove me back to the hotel. The price was extremely fair and he didn't even think about leaving me at a tire shop like Tesla would have.

Towed my wife's car maybe 6 miles. I was waiting on a call back from State Farm therefore requiring that the car stay inside his fence. a few nights. The little car ate nothing. Didn't call room service and never used their bathroom. I live less than 5 miles from his place.and he refused to bring the car to my home. He charged me $325 and claimed the bill was $395. So that's 5 miles towing for $400. $80 a mile is the going rate at Odoms Towing and they will hold your car hostage charging 40$ a day for a window view! Folks I had no idea the towing industry was so heartless. Save your family and friends DO NOT CALL ODOMS. Put the name and number of your preferred tow service on your insurance cards. Things get hectic and the buzzards will come circling! Have a plan in place so you don't get ROBBED with a grin!
This place is awesome! We called them at 2AM back in December in the middle of no where 45 minutes away from their place and they showed up fast! Super friendly and knowledgeable. 100%will call the if we’re ever in a pinch again.
Mr Odom came quick dispite in the rain. He's friendly and has been towing for over 20yrs so you know I had absolutely zero problems or doubt Thank you Mr. Odom
