I had been looking for a particular truck for quite some time and after missing out on a few from Ohio to Florida, I found one at Genesis of Cottageville! I contacted them via email and text to inquire about the vehicle, to confirm it had the options I wanted. I was contacted by Melanie, who went above and beyond to help me get the truck. She spent all the time needed to send me close up photos and videos of the truck. I worked with my lender, Melanie and Andres to close the deal and get all of the paperwork completed via email. Once everything was completed I headed to their location to pickup the vehicle. When I arrived and I was greeted by Billy and a few others who went out of their way to complete my sale, bringing the vehicle around front, finalizing documents and temp tags and helping me load my trailer. The vehicle was, is, amazing for its age! I would travel to their location again for another vehicle without hesitation……highly recommend them!

Was looking for a used Honda Pilot and found this place on Google. I never called. I just drove there and saw the vehicle that I was interested in. To my surprise, it looked just like the photos and descriptions they had posted. I was able to test drive it right away. I fell in love as soon as I sat down to drive. After test driving, I went inside and talked to the owner and was able to get the car for a reasonable price. I was purchasing the vehicle straight out (no financing), so I needed something in my price range. I didn't have the cash on me at the time but would have it the next day. They let me sign all the paperwork as if I did. I came back the next day, 15 minutes before they closed with the $. Was advised people came after I looked at and signed my paperwork, trying to get MY Pilot, but they didn't sell it. I'm so grateful they didn't. I'm now the happy owner of a 2011 Honda Pilot. Thank you guys you made me and my grandchildren very happy. ???
