Awful location! They knew I was coming to pick up parts and a few miles away from them.
When I arrived, they had closed...two hours early.
That would have been nice to know before going there.
Auto Zone was happy to take care of me.
Terrible. We were traveling on 95 and were breaking down. We called to see if they had the parts. They did. We limped the 2 miles there only to find they were closed 2 hours prior to the advertised close time. The employee never mentioned they would be closing within 15 minutes of our call time.
I broke down 1 mile south of the I95 /378 ramp heading south on 11/14/19 @0730. if it hadn't been for this store and the gentleman behind the counter I do not know what I would have done. he was kind and helpful and had all the parts I needes.
Really good service and people were very helpful here! But you will pass it if you blink if you are not from this area lol. Prices are a little steep here though. I was also confused as to what the name of the place really was when I went here. Wasn't sure if it was called Carquest or was it Napa?
