Sold them parts to resale and they will not pay their bill. Beware of charging to these guys and when you call to get payment they say they will give it to the power to be which is never there and does not understand the importance.
My girlfriend’s car was towed Sunday and she was unable to pick it up due to the company being closed. Her car was towed for less then 24 hours. We arrived 30 mins prior to opening (7:30am) and was about to speak to an associate. My girlfriend was charged 24 hour holding fee of $511 ! I’m not sure what company is charged this much for less than a 24 hour hold. I spoke with a gentleman named Steve and I was not pleased with his outlook on things. We will not be using their tow services again. Not a pleasant experience at all.
Salvage City in Gaffney, SC saved my 2003 Mitsubishi Galant in Indiana. I needed a Gear Shift Cable & after literally calling all over the country, they pulled 1 from an 03 Galant that they had just gotten in, packed it & shipped it to me. I couldn't imagine losing a great running gorgeous car over a gear shit cable. Thanks to Salvage City in SC, my car is back "ON THE ROAD AGAIN". Thank you so much! Honest People A+ in every way.
Feeling taken advantage of. Called and spoke with Gene about a replacement rim for my car. Gave make and model. Came to location, ordered the rim for my car. Paid on the spot. My husband picked it up right near close of business the following Monday. Took the rim to a location to be assembled on my car and when they caught sight of it they immediately said I had been scammed. I was given a spare tire rim with four lugs and my car has 5. I tried calling but have not yet been able to discuss this. Very sad at the time and money spent on something that doesn’t even fit my car despite giving the make and model. I hope to hear back from salvage city soon to fix this. They seemed like nice people. I’ll update when this is resolved.

First, of all I live in Memphis TN . Chris and Gene went over and beyond to assist me long distance. I was in need a 1998 528i BMW driver side door handle. The first I received was a failure so I called back and these guys went to work and by the end of that day I received a phone call from them stating that my part was on it way to me. I called from Texas. Needed a part that was discontinued and they helped me right away! I paid for the part on eBay and it was delivered in great timing!
Found them through Ebay. Called in to check on some parts and Steve was amazing over the phone. I'm in AZ and parts got here 3 days later!!! Faster than Amazon! Wow wow wow. Will definitely order again and highly recommended!
