What clients say about Turky's Towing in Charleston (SC)

This towing company is this worst don't ever come here. They are money hungry the guy Patrick said at the scene of the accident it was 75.00 that's all he had to pay, he called Patrick and ask him what is the total again just to make sure Patrick proceeds and say 150.00 did not explain to him why it's 150.00, he said 75 for the tow and 30 per day and 20.00 for the gate fee. Now when he get there he charge him an extra 100.00. For nothing then going to act like he called someone to ask them if he don't want to release the car he don't have to. But said they are close on the weekend like huh so in other words he was doing us a flavor. Please stay away from here they will steal and rob you with your eyes open. Patrick is the worst

This company is likely one to be concerned about, since they employ highly dangerous drivers. One recently was rushing on an a bridge and nearly caused me to crash. Tailing me from behind and then trying to go around me to cut me off with no time for me to slow down. It was a terrifying experience and I had my daughters in the car. He was intimidating me and weaving around other drivers? with both road rage. I could never trust someone to help me in a bind or an emergency that acts so recklessly. I am thinking it might be worth calling the police so they have a heads up.

There is sense in calling and arrange for a tow when you are going to get bumped to the bottom of the list every time the Charleston Police call for a tow. Called and scheduled for a roll back to pick up my tool box and move it from one shop to another. Was scheduled for 10AM. Had to call them to find out what was going on and why they had not arrived yet at 11:30AM to be told they would not be coming until 1:30 and that would only be if they did not get anymore police calls. The dispatcher was rude and blames it on the lady that took the appointment. Now I have wasted several hours waiting for a tow truck that may never show up
