Worst customer service I’ve experienced! Sent the wrong truck for job and RUDE over the phone! I see the reply and you obviously don’t want to address the issue, but instead attack someone that tries to give you business! I will make sure that the business that recommended you and others hear this! I have great respect for Turkey Burky and am sorry his business, with his good name, is being run this way!

Was a hit run my vehicle flipped 3 times. They were extremely sympathetic and helped me in geting my belongings out of the smashed highlander.

Called at 6:05am with the promise of a follow-up call. It never happened, and I’ve lost trust in this company.

I recently called to get my car towed into the shop and was very pleased with Turky’s. Everyone from the person who answered the phone to the driver was very friendly and professional. Calling for a tow is never fun but it sure does help to have good folks to deal with when you do! Also, pricing was very fair.

Melody in the office is so friendly! Patrick came out to give me a tow and was unbelievably helpful and kind. Turky's has always been so on point every time I need them. Thank you to everyone there being so helpful in bad situations!

Very helpful in the stressful times of being towed. Was a little frustrated when I found out that I was still charged for the Thanksgiving holiday even though everything was closed. However, they were very reasonable when I told them I was unable to make the payment, that they gave me the option to turn in my title to them and only pay the towing fee of $150 instead of the $1300 I really owed.

They blew up my transmission and then pretended like they didn't do it. It was working fine whenever I got pulled over for speeding. Next day, go to pick it up, and the transmission doesn't work at all, and they won't take any responsibility. Did they take it on a joyride? Did they tow it in gear? Who knows, all I know is that I will never be caught dead using this towing company again, and now my car doesn't run, and I can't get to school, thanks so much.

I have had to have my sons truck towed twice in the last three weeks. The first time I called around and Turky's was the only one that could help, in a short amount of time. The lady I spoke with was great and very polite, the other companies I called not so much. Today I had to call Turky's for assistance. Once again, the lady that answered the phone was supper nice and answered all my questions. Truck was picked up and delivered to my house within a few hours. Driver, Wayne, was personable and put truck where I asked. Will recommend Turky's to anyone. Hopefully I won’t need a tow in the near future, but if I do, they will be my first call. Thanks for all the help Turky's.

A collision with a deer late evening on a rural road required our car to be towed. In that area at that time of the day, no towers were available. Local police asked Turky's on our behalf if they could take the job. And they did. Turky's employee, Paddy, delivered fine and compassionate service beyond the call of duty, including offering very useful tips for guiding us in finding alternate transportation. He was unrushed and eager to ensure we got safely to our onward destination. I highly recommend Turky's as a reliable and flexible tower.

I used the services of Turky’s Towing on Saturday the 17th. I was charged a rate of $150 before taxes to receive a tow for less than four miles. Unfortunately, my bank reached out to me this morning, the 21st, in regard to suspected fraud as the accounting team at Turky’s charged my checking account twice roughly 3 days apart. I then reached out to Turky’s Towing personally and spoke with a woman who claimed that the payment was not processed that Saturday “so we ran it again”. I am not wealthy but my family and I have always been very financially comfortable. Timely service was great. Initial charge was acceptable. Potential fraud was/is a foul experience. (See update 2) Update (1): I was contacted by the owner, Allison, and advised that multiple customers were affected due to improper use of the back-end software “Clover” that is used to process payments. A timely resolution is acceptable but business competence is the standard. Update (2): as of 9/22, I do not believe that Turky’s Towing willingly engaged in fraudulent activity. I have adjusted my review due to the speed of resolution. I highly suggest checking your personal bank statements.

Short and sweet pick any other towing company in Charleston before Turky’s. I called at 11:00 AM to get my car towed from a dealership to a mechanic and stressed that it had to be towed today. Turky’s said “No problem, we can get it there around 1:00.” At 6:00 PM when the dealership is closing, the service manager AT THE DEALERSHIP called to tell me my car was never picked up. Turky’s never called to say they couldn’t do it and when I called at 6:00 they said they lost the ticket and wouldn’t be able to get to it until the next day. I understand when issues come up, but common courtesy is to call and explain so that the person can make other plans. They may be the big boys in town but their service is terrible.

Got stuck making a delivery in front of my customers property after midnight. They came out very quickly and got me rolling in no time. The driver was professional and courteous. the charge was very reasonable. I was very happy with the service.

Alvin was spectacular. He showed up quickly and with his 30 years of experience reassured us that everything would be alright. The F-150 was stuck in a ditch and he helped pull us out. After getting us back on the road, he told us to test drive the truck before leaving. From start to finish, this company exceeded our expectations. The dispatcher was polite and friendly as well. I highly recommend using Turky’s Towing. If I could have given them 6 stars instead of 5 stars, I would have! Thanks again for the wonderful service.

Great service at a reasonable rate. Got our company Ford Sprinter stuck in deep gravel. Wayne showed up in a timely manner and was extra careful to setup in a way that would not damage the bumper. Got us free in a few short minutes. Great job, thank you.

Beware!! My daughter's car was towed there and I was told the car was brought in on September 20th but when I drive 2 hours to pick it up 6 days had been added to my bill... He also never told me in four phone conversations we had that there is a 4% fee for using your charge card... That would have been nice if they tell people that... And he proceeded to take my credit card and type all of my information into his computer and when I asked why don't you have a credit card machine he pulled it out and used it I had to have him go into his computer and show me he deleted all my information and never once did he offer me any explanation to why he was putting all my information in his computer... I canceled the credit card that I used to pay the 556.35 bill...DIRTY DIRTY BUSINESS!! Karma is coming...

I will never call anyone else, but Turky's. They are reliable, and just all around good people. I have had to use them a few times, and was more than happy with their performance each time! They are available 24/7 and that's a big help when your car stops in the middle of the road at 2am. Thanks for always being there guys!!!

If we had the option for negative stars, I'd opt for it. Their phone rep was the best part of my experience with this outfit. Called for a tow and was transferred to a driver that stated that he would be out in 1.5 hours. While this was frustrating enough, it was Sunday afternoon and my options were limited. After two hours, my calls began back to their office. Their phone rep was super helpful and very empathetic (I was sitting in a dead car with the outside temp at around 92 degrees). She was unable to get in touch with the driver to check on the status. I had enough and, on a wing and a prayer called Irvines. Their site said they were closed but I figured it was worth a shot. Irvine's said they'd be out in 20 minutes and showed up in 15. Cancelled Turky's and was grateful for Irvine's.

The man that helped me with my car was very nice and got everything situated in a timely matter. I had to tow my car due to break failure. The price was much lower than I expected, considering others I’ve used in the past.

great service! the women on the phone was very helpful, made sure to let me know how long I would wait for the truck, and the price was fair. Wayne, the man who picked up my car, was very sweet and funny. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. great company!

My car left me stranded on Folly road. Called around and found Turkys Towing. Patrick showed up faster than expected and was such a pleasure dealing with. I'd highly recommend Turkys and if Patrick shows up, just know you'll be taken care of!

Al just came and picked up my motorcycle for me. Super fast, super friendly and extremely professional. He knew exactly where to secure the bike to make sure it had a stable ride. They weren't super cheap but they were really good and worth it!

Car was stuck downtown. Called and within an hour the truck was there. Driver was great. Got it dropped off at a service station quickly.

Very unprofessional company run by a control freak. She tries to intimidate you with her man power. My key to my vehicle was lost. She did not compensate me for my loss, and charged me for a double tow. The car had just been purchased and the former owner Dr. Roc Robinson tried to speak with the owner however her abrupt rude attitude kept her from listening to anything said. I would call ANY tow company before this one. When you search for police tickets to tow you know you are at the bottom of the barrel.

Used them twice, 1st day awesome customer service, person I spoke to on the phone was so pleasant, service as expected. Day 2, OMG big difference with customer service on the phone, and had to wait a long time. Driver both time was awesome.

I called this company to have them tow my car to the shop. Seven hours later, still no sign of them. They did not provide any updates or communication, just said they’re busy with this or that and to wait longer. That was a whole business day lost of getting my car fixed because these guys couldn’t be clear. I have never had a towing company take several hours to arrive before.

I wouldn't even give them a star, but I have no option. They were over priced and extremely rude. Sir/ ma’am the problem was that your staff was rude, short and completely unhelpful. Yes, you guys have good rates, but probably not good customer retention because of the terrible service. Yes, I hung up because I will not support a company who’s employees talk and treat customers so unprofessional. I would not advise anyone use this company, and definitely will not be returning for services. Thank you sir ma’am.
