Brantley's driver really got me out of a bind after completely blowing a tire on the side of road. I'm not from the area and he drove me to multiple tire places until we found one that was open. We got a new tire and was on our way so quick! Would recommend any day and are so grateful for how accommodating and quick Brantley's was!
Brantley towing really helped me out of a jam when my vehicle stranded me on the highway. Mike was professional, friendly and just all around proficient.
I can’t imagine there’s a good situation to be in when you need a tow, but I was so grateful when he showed up and solved my immediate situation.
On May 9, 2025, my brother-in-law, was traveling from Florida to Virginia to visit family. He is a Vietnam Purple Heart veteran and a widower. He was involved in an accident on I-26 near St. Matthews SC, which was not his fault. A speeding driver hit him, knocked his wheel off his car, and also hit two other vehicles. Brantley Towing Services was called to tow his car. My Brother-in-law was not familiar with the area, did not know anyone there, and was pretty much stranded and shaken up from the accident. The tow truck driver who came from Brantley not only towed his car, but took him to two different rental places to get a car; however, he could not get a car at either place. The truck driver then offered to take him to a hotel in the area. He even brought out a cart, loaded his luggage on it and even took it inside for him. My BIL still had no way to go anywhere. The Brantley driver offered to pick him up the next morning to take him to Columbia to the airport where he could rent a car there. I don't know if Brantley is a one-man operation or more than one, and I do not know the driver's name, but I just want to say a big THANK YOU to whoever you were that offered so much help to my brother-in-law. You were indeed very much appreciated and I would recommend your services to anyone. You went over and beyond and I can't say thank you enough.
Mr. Brantley was very timely in picking up my vehicle from an hour away! He was willing to meet me for keys and had my vehicle at the repair shop the same day!
I would recommend him to anyone in need of a tow truck service.

On my way to Columbia Friday and the craziness that's I-26 these days got me. Everyone came to a sudden stop and I swerved left to avoid hitting the car in front of me and ended up hitting the wire guard rail. Called Brantley's and they could not have been nicer. Made a bad day so much better and I was able to get back on the road. It was nice to see people these days provide excellent service. Tough to find these days.
Somehow managed to lock myself out of my car. Went inside the gas station and a wonderful young lady named Peaches called Brantley Services. He was there in less than 15 min and got me in my truck. His price was more than fair. It's hard to come by good people sometimes but Mr. Brantley is one of them.
I have to say that Mr. Brantley was MORE than a sigh of relief. In a stressful situation, when nothing was easy, he was so kind, accommodating, and understanding! These days in customer service it's hard to come by, I can't thank him enough.
They towed my car after I popped a tire & didn't have a spare tire OR the manufacturer's "tire key" that's needed to remove the lug nuts/bolts that are on the tire rim. Their prices weren't TOO outrageous... $175 for the initial towing fee itself & then an additional $34 per day everyday after that.. On the upside, the guy who answered the phone was very polite & professional.
These guys rock! While doing some exploring on my motorcycle recently on the many backroads in St. Matthews enjoying a day of adventure.....I was quickly engulfed in over a foot of sand (quicksand?). Hence, bike bogged down and sunk deeper as I tried to escape. Not good. It was already 4:30 p.m. and the sun was dropping quick. I was literally in the middle of no where (Sikes Pond Road, actually), when I thought I'd be walking for miles, or sleeping in the woods that night! So, I had cell signal (somehow!) and called Brantley Towing. That nice man sent his guy out (I can't recall his name, but thanks brother!!) and he quickly and easily pulled my bike out in about a minute, and got me on the road back to Columbia! My wife would've flipped her litter box had I not gotten back for dinner! Seriously, thank you!! Hope I never need to call y'all again, but if so, I know I'm in good hands!!
My experience with this business made my bad day of my car wreck much less stressful. Mike really went the extra mile to make sure my travel dilemma was resolved. He was patient, efficient, and thorough in making sure I knew what would happen next with my vehicle and had a way to get back on the road when I was four states away from home.
