I have to say Mr Tyler is the absolute best! We had him for both deliveries for our two 40ft conex boxes and the level of precision was unmatched! We had to line them up just right and in a tricky spot at that and he didn't miss a beat! He was so respectful and an absolute pleasure to do business with. We will 100% use and refer upright towing and him specifically in the future!

I want to take a minute to thank Mark and his team!! On 5/28 my semi broke down at the base of the Don Holt bridge, due to overheating. After unsuccessfully attempting a roadside repair, I called Upright at aprox 6pm. The dispatcher I spoke with was friendly and professional, and let me know that he would have a tow truck on the way to me shortly, and the fact that I was under a load would not be a problem. The driver arrived to me shortly before 7 PM worked diligently and had me back to our yard in Moncks corner by 8 PM. When we arrived, he helped me unhook my load from my disabled tractor so I would be able to deliver the next day and positioned my truck next to our shop so that our fleet mechanic would have easy access to it. Overall, it was a great experience and I plan to tell all of my fellow owner/operators who to call when they’re stuck!!!
We routinely use Upright towing when one of our trucks break down or when we need commodities lifted on our property. These guys will jump up at 2:00AM for you if needed, they are priced fairly, respect your equipment, and will go the extra mile when needed.
Went on vacation in Charleston and of course our car broke down. Called upright and spoke to Mark. He had a gentleman name Jesse to me in 30 min. Took great care of my car. Highly recommend!!!

My car hit something on the 526 Friday night and started smoking and then lost pressure in the engine and shut off. I’m 8 months pregnant, and this is our only vehicle. I was stranded, my husband was at home and couldn’t get to me. Universal towing I called crying because it was dark, I hadn’t ever been in an accident before and obviously very emotional from being pregnant. They showed up within 34 minutes of me calling, and it was the manager who did the tow and he was already done for the day, because he didn’t want to leave a pregnant lady out off the side of the highway for more than they had to. Originally estimated for over 2 hours. These guys felt like they cared, they worked with us, and they got me home safely. I highly recommend them .
Highly Recommend! Timmy said it would be 45 mins to an hour (which I thought was reasonable) he arrived in 30 mins. Super nice guy! Even helped load up our runaway tire in the middle of crazy Clements Ferry! Thanks Timmy!
