I only call Prince's towing! When I called to have my car towed. I was contacted by the tow driver and picked up within 45 minutes. He was professional, courteous and a gentlemen. I appreciated him going out of his way after taking me to drop my car off to a shop. He offered to take me home, so I didn't have to wait at the shop or figure out how I was going to get there. Justin Holmes was my guy today! Stressful situation after another on a Sunday, right before the holidays. My trucks transmission left my girlfriend and I on the side of Rivers, and with frequent updates from Princes staff and Justin himself, I got my truck back to Summerville safe, exactly where I asked him to leave it, and never had to do anything but pick up my phone. Prince Towing was a lifesaver on a cold Monday morning when my daughter’s car wouldn’t start and we had to get it to the dealership. Cannot thank them enough! Had engine trouble with my rv while traveling in the area, and they were recommended by a local dealership. CODY could not have been any nicer or professional! He got my small rv hooked up & delivered me to the dealership safely. As an older woman traveling alone they were a godsend!
The hitch on our RV broke off and we lost our stacker trailer at 70 mph. It ended up in the woods in a couple of feet of water. One of their trucks was passing in the traffic jam we caused and we flagged him down. He called on for the equipment they needed and they saved our trip for the holiday week. They went way above and beyond to get us back on the road and even towed the trailer 7 hours to our camping spot on a Sunday.
They were super helpful with us after a bad car accident. Clear communication and worked with us. The driver that helped us, Dalton, was awesome! He helped me in recovering items from the towed car and was a great presence. Will call again if ever need a tow.
I was stranded on the highway for almost five hours and had already called two different tow companies, both of which kept pushing back their arrival time. In the middle of trying to figure out what to do next, someone recommended Prince. They picked up immediately, and David Austin arrived shortly after.
David was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Even though the overall situation wasn’t ideal, he went above and beyond to help me. His customer service was truly outstanding, and I’m genuinely grateful for how he turned such a stressful day around.

I love how when you call you actually get a live person, not an operator. Sasha was quick to dispatch and very understanding. Recently, David had come out and was able to get my car easily from a tricky parked situation. Loaded onto the bed with care.

We had to retrieve my brother's vehicle out of the parking lot at the airport and flatbed it home. Angelo was an incredibly good driver, patient and a gentleman. His expertise and professionalism was amazing. He went above and beyond to get the car back home and moved to the exact place in the driveway as requested. Perfect 10 Angelo, thank you so much!
If I could give this towing company a no star I would. They have a very rude dispatcher. I called about my husbands broken down 18wheeler on the side of 26 mile marker 170. She said she’d have the manager call me I believe his name was Coleman. When Coleman called me he was very rude and disrespectful. Hung up the phone on me. Said he’d called back waited for hours never heard anything back. After waiting 2 hours I called Carolina coast. They have the most respectful customer service, beautiful trucks. Most importantly it didn’t take hours for them to get us off the side of 26. Whoever is the owner of princes towing I’d look into some different management because Coleman isn’t somebody I would want to run my business.
The best experience with Trent. Best tow truck driver y’all have. Picked me up on side of the road a few weeks ago at 2 in the morning very pleasant to be around. Should give that man a raise. Keep the good drivers happy prince towing. Also ran into Timothy at the hot spot on 17 very respectful very good driver. Y’all go some good drivers. Not all places are blessed with good workers.

My truck was towed by Princes from one shop to another. Two things to note:
Apparently the driver lost my keys. This was not communicated to me for 2 days, until the receiving shop went to access the truck and found out that no keys were dropped off. Which leads me to say...
Mike, the owner, sorted this IMMEDIATELY with the receiving shop after being notified (2 days after the tow, yet before I ever heard of the issue) and told them Prince's would cover a new key set.
I spoke directly with Mike after learning of this and he was apologetic and said they'd do whatever needed to be done to fix it. My new keys are being made right now.
Unfortunately mistakes to happen, but my experience with Prince's was that WHEN they do happen -- they will OWN UP and immediately remedy the situation.
That's often a big ask in the modern age and this situation alone has, interestingly enough, made me comfortable recommending Prince's Towing to friends.
Also, Sasha, who answered the phone, was very kind and personable. And the price was far less than I was expecting.
Today was not a good day for us , our 150 ford truck broke down, but Angelo from Princes Towing made our day much better. What a pleasant man Angelo is, my husband enjoyed talking with him all the way to our destination. Life would be so much better if we had more people like Angelo in the world. Thank you Angelo
Can't say enough good things about how helpful and wonderful Shawn was today! My dump truck definitely gave him a time while trying to get everything safely secured to his rig but I'm greatful for this gentleman and his patience and kindness! I definitely will be calling them again if needed!
Prince's has towed my BMWs several times now and I must say its been 5 stars each time! Today my car lost a coolant pump on the way home in a bad spot on Hwy 526, my driver Brad came within a reasonable time and took phenomenal care of my car. Saw that it was lowered and used proper equipment to load , unload and secure the car. Will never use another tow company in the Charleston area!
My brakes failed on the way home. The gentleman who towed my Jeep was one of the finest people I have met. I’m deaf and he was patient and found an easy way to communicate. I will recommend you to everyone. Thank you so much.

Mason came out and did a very professional job of putting my semi truck on my step deck and helping me secure it to be hauled from south carolina to texas.
Called AAA, and they did not have anyone to tow my jeep. Called several times for 3 1/2 hours, no tow. Called Prince’s towing, Megan told me to call AAA and request them to come tow my jeep, with in an hour Richard came towed my jeep. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to get my jeep out of the parking garage, luckily I was near the exit. Will always request them when I need a tow. Professional, courteous and quick service!!!
Kyle was amazing! Truck was broke down at a gas station with my kids in the car and they were very prompt and professional! I had a back window stuck, and Kyle offered to go by his shop to tape the window down to avoid it being open overnight. Great customer service is hard to find! However; with Prince Towing it was effortless! Make sure to check them out for your future towing needs- hopefully I don't need too, but if I do Princes Towing is who I'll contact!
