A cop called these guys to tow my car because someone t-boned me. I had lost my wallet at some point in the car when getting my documents together but with the adrenaline and darkness and front driver door barely being able to open i had trouble finding it and the cop just wanted me on the road. Well these guys arrived super quick and I later found my wallet the next day in the car on the floor clear as day. So my experience differs greatly for the reviewer that alleged theft. These guys with an alley oop falling into their laps acted with integrity and left the wallet untouched.
Leave no stars if possible, their drivers steal stuff out of your cars after you get into a wreck and they come and tow it and then lie about it when you go and pick it up the next day knowing those items in your car, I lost a sentimental pool stick that belong to a buddy that passed away I don’t even care about The $1200 Stick that I normally play with it stolen out of there I care about my best friend you get stolen and the worst thing is the owner protected is a boy saying it didn’t happen
My contact with this TOW company was extremely pleasurable under the circumstances. The tow driver was great. He went above and beyond what he said he’d do. This company has mine and my families business from now on. He was honest, professional and I feel like I made a friend. My hat is off to this company. Wish more were like D&C.
DC towing retrieved my car when another tow truck said they couldn’t. They also took extremely good care of my BMW M340i at their shoppe from Saturday until Monday, when they then delivered it to the BMW service area. DC towing is also willing to tow your car anywhere, when many will only tow your car to the nearest shoppe. Shouts out to my tow truck driver!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!
Great towing company! My husband got stuck in the wet grass with his heavy work truck this morning and after calling multiple tow companies, D&C came to the rescue. The driver was professional and nice and hot him pulled out quickly. Highly recommended!
