He gets here and then tells me he's not able to tow me out of the mud puddle. You're a tow company you should tow people out of anything. He was very rude and that would be like me having a toothache and the dentist saying sorry you'll have to go to your gynecologist
Very awesome service! Jesse was not only very friendly and held a great conversation during our trip but he also help me diagnose the issue with my truck once home. I recommend these guys to everyone!
These guys are awesome!! I made a very dumb decision to try and cross over some bad railroad tracks because I was almost out of gas and IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. Well, I got stuck on the tracks, I had no cell reception. Finally a guy stopped that had 1 bar of signal. I googled a towing service and Hill's came to the rescue! The driver they sent was awesome! He helped me get my truck over the tracks and charged an extremely fair price. Just a month ago I had the worst experience ever with a tow company, Cravens Towing, out of West Ashley. Those people are terrible terrible people. So, I hated that I had to call a tow company to begin with. But these guys are amazing and have restored my faith in tow truck operators :) . I will use Hill Wrecker LLC for any and all towing services I may need in the future and will for sure recommend them to any and everyone who needs this type of service.
