First off, Bob Boris from Firehouse Towing stopped to help my wife when her car broke down a few years ago. I got his phone number and contact info and swore up and down to myself that I would write him a review.
Fast forward to a week and a half ago. I needed to tow my vehicle (that I thought I could work on myself) to a friend's house to put it back together. Joe was my driver, he called before showing up and well within the window of arrival. He was very professional. He loaded up our vehicle and I followed him to the delivery address. I cannot stress this enough: HE DROVE VERY CAREFULLY. After the vehicle was off the truck, we popped the hood and all of the free-floating nuts and bolts that I forgot to secure were still there.
If I find another youtube tutorial that gives me enough false confidence to work on my vehicle, I'll probably call these guys again to bring it back to my friend's house. Great service guys!

This company is AMAZING. My friend locked her keys in the car before going into Walmart. While freaking out trying to figure out how to get in the car, firehouse towing was recommended. The guy arrived to my location within 10 MINUTE!!! He was very polite and best priced out of 3 other tow companies. He was very efficient and knowledgeable in the process. Not only was he providing the service, he explained as he was going through the service to reassure me that my car was in safe hands.
Had to come from 2hrs away twice to get my daughter car from being towed from where she lived at if it’s about rules and regulations then why there’s cars out the with expired stickers on it. Wrote a whole post telling her about her which was very unprofessional but hey it’s your business do as you please about her car. Called the police n they said that they had been getting a lot of calls about this place n the apartment complex lately n for us to take it to Civil Court.because it’s private property. They do not care n that the complex there is unfair to their residents. It’s so aggravating to know that you gotta stay up just to make sure your car is still there. We have taken pictures of cars that had no decals or no visitor pass at all. A low income apartment that’s harassing ppl where they live at. It’s a low income place do you really think that they can afford to keep giving yall their money…. It’s sickening!!! I would add pictures but I won’t. I’m beginning to think yall taking cars because you got ppl that work for them that’s being petty calling yall to take certain cars.
I was stuck on highway 52, because my bmw broke down and needed a tow asap and called a friend who knew of any tow services and they recommend me firehouse towing, and it wad perfect, the driver showed up within an emaculate timeframe, with the most energetic and friendly driver got it towed to destination with no scratches or marks. I reached out to this company on a whim trying to find a car of mine. They did not have it however the person I spoke to (which from my understanding is the owner/operator) having no obligation whatsoever to me or my mission , but still he went over and above to assist me. To a point I have never experienced nor heard of as it pertains to any past dealings with tow companies etc. No matter the case I have never purposely benefitted from any personal experience while dealing with any like companies thruout my life and the 4 different states . This guy was absolutely spot on in his professionalism, is knowledgeable and this is the most important in my opinion is and was willing to kindly share that knowledge to the extent far beyond his obligation of which as I Said was none. NOT only will I be making storing his number so that in any future dealing with in his line of work Firehouse will be the only towing and recovery company I will use. Also the only one I will ever recommend being used to and in any event within his operating limits and even outside of his operation boundaries will I recommend this company. I truly appreciate, respect and support business owners with his qualities and abilities. I would go as far as promoting his business willingly thru such ways as referencing his service, wearing any sort of logo or brand his Company made available including but not limited. To clothing, hats , and even advertising without charge a on a larger scale such as decal on any vehicle I owned passing out brand and marketing related products within my power to attempt and return my gratitude in any ways that any other business owner would have to pay for as a service. Not disappointed at all, answered my call at 5 am and got me to a tire repair shop to wait to get my tire replaced. Just when I thought I was stranded with no hope due to other companies telling me they couldn’t help me, he drove an hour just to make sure I got off the side of the road. I called Firehouse when my car broke down and I needed a tow across town, their prices were much less than I expected the were quick curtious and delivered my car with no hassle. When things go wrong and you have to call someone good customer service means everything and that's exactly what they deliver every time.
Towed a car of a friend, massive damages to the car, then say ' we simple don't agree with you.'
Damaging a car is one thing, but a reliable tow company would have insurance and should take care of damages!
Firehouse responded quickly to the accident my wife was in, the doors and B pillar had to be cut out to get her out of the car. I went to the hospital so was unable to retrieve any valuables that where in the car. Firehouse took the extra time to put the doors back in place and wrap vehicle so to protect anything that may have been present. It was still wrap when I went to claim her valuables a few days later. I highly recommend Firehouse towing for any towing needs.

My car was recently tow from a local community for a lack of residential pass which I totally disagree with. I understand that your company has been hired to do a job. Your impound fees are crazy high. March 28, 2019 I spent the entire day trying to get my car back. You can't leave a voicemail because it's full. The lady that picked up the phone said she would call once she was in the office only not to have her call me back. I called her at 12:30 she told me she was out of the office for 30 mins and to call her at 1:00 I called her at one she said give me 30 more mins. Point being I wasn't able to get my car until almost 4:00 p.m. that day. To charge 260.00 is crazy to me. I'm very disappointed in your company and my rental community.
Gladly will take your car and proceed to not open so that you can retrieve your vehicle. Tell you to wait 5-10 minutes, you wait and call back and are instructed to wait another 5-10 minutes because Daylight savings “had people running late”. Unprofessional,irresponsible and borderline corrupt

Do not get your car tow here they will offer a free towing charge and then tell you they have a good mechanic who doesn’t even have the right tools to fix your car. They did a fake diagnostic on my car and charged me $90 to try to get bk the free tow fee. Then he said it was my battery to why my wheel wasn’t turning but it was my water pump. He would’ve know this if he did a real diagnostic on my car. They don’t even have a place to operate your car just an open field. I would recommend just getting your car towed and take it to a qualified mechanic shop.
Once again don’t let them fool you into telling you that these are false complaints trust me the are 100 percent true. They tried to play me because I’m young and that’s why I’m going to court with them. Also if I’m lying tell me three things. 1. Where’s my warranty code and number associated with it from advance auto parts I’m still waiting for it and you told me last week you would have it. 2. If y’all did a real diagnostic y’all would’ve know it was my water pump that was broken because that’s how a real diagnostic works not guessing what’s wrong and y’all didn’t even test the radiator y’all guessed it needed to be clean because it was leaking alittle bit. Also if y’all did a real diagnostic tell everything that was wrong with my car outside of an old battery like really that’s why my car wheel locked because of a battery and y’all didn’t do a proper diagnostic or test drive the car like a proper mechanic would because y’all didn’t know my wheel was locked until after I told y’all and didn’t know my radiator was leaking untill I got there as well smh terrible. 3. How come you can comment on this google review but not call or message me back and it’s been a week already? Once you can give me good authentic answers to these then you can tell the public how I was 100% wrong. I’m 100% getting my lawyers and money and the owner of firehouse towing was never there when all this went down so he doesn’t know how deceptive and poorly his mechanic and towing man is. P.S. Stop trying to blame real auto companies because y’all don’t know how to do y’all job correctly. Own up to to y’all lack of knowledge and bad business ways. Last the drive to where my car was located was only 40 mins from your destination right outside of Mount Pleasant and the drive to North Charleston from your base was only 20 mins away so stop all this lying it’s sad. I make well over $70k a year at 21 years old so idk who you’re saying is broke but it’s not me maybe y’all needed the money to build an actual building.

Bob the owner of Firehouse towing is a great guy. Our family has had to call him on several occasions. Every time we needed him he was there. It's never a good thing when you need a tow but it is a comfort knowing I can always call him and he will handle the situation professionally.
