RON IS THE MAN!!! give that man a raise!! Outstanding customer service. I called him on the phone. He said come on down (45 min drive for me) we will take care of you. He found the donut temp tire/jack kit I needed even changed up the wrench to a 4way to fit my car !!! Went the extra mile to take care of me!!! None of this bring your tools and get the part yourself crap …like the other guys!!! Thanks RON!!! I’ll be back and recommend your place for parts.
They’re all really friendly, Steve usually helps me, I’ve known him for a long time. He knows his parts. Good prices and don’t have to spend half the day at the junkyard pulling parts myself. Aj usually pulls my parts, he leaves plenty of wiring(which is nice) and is very careful when removing parts. I highly recommend, if you haven’t checked them out before you definitely should.
I take scrap metal there 3 to 5 times a week the people there are really nice i scrap metal as a hobby plus work a full time job the old guy buy the front gate always waves or says good morning thre great
They don’t even deserve 1 star. They cheated us out of a lot of money. My husband took over 200 lbs of 16 gauge cooper wire to this location and they wrote him a check for $24.00. He didn’t look at the check until he got into the truck bc we have never had a problem b4 with this location. When he saw it, he went back in to dispute but they had already thrown the wire in their container. The lady told him that all his wire was telephone wire when it wasn’t. We will not be using this place again. Y’all watch these crooks.
Never again . Sold me a broken part and the wrong part after I gave them all the information they asked for . Also never called to let me know when parts were pulled like they said they would . Horrible experience
Sold them a salvage 1998 Toyota T100 SR5 4x4 with front end damage. We explained that we took the engine and transmission out, swapped them into another vehicle, and put the engine from the other vehicle in the bed of the t100. Ron said they could come pick it up and pay us $300 for it and we agreed to that price. After Kenny picked it up, my mother went to pick up the check from the office and they said they could only pay $188 because it was not complete and there wasn't a catalytic converter. The cat was in the bed of the truck. My mother asked to talk to the owner. The owner apparently told Kenny to deal with it. My mother agreed to take the $188 even though they said they would pay $300. That is when Kenny, the rollback driver that picked the truck up, had a meltdown, throwing things around and yelling to the point that my mother was shaking and afraid to leave the office and go to her car because Kenny was out there throwing a fit. Ron escorted her to her car. They will never get another cent of our business.
These fellas are fantastic. Higher quality inventory than I've seen anywhere else because they pull the parts for you, and keep care of the cars in their inventory. Avoids rain damage and part damage from other incidental removals. Super helpful and outgoing problem solvers who care. The best place to get your parts from. Just like going to a store to pick out what you want, lots to choose from, a detailed inventory and the prices are outstanding too.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Bought 2 headlamps and some other parts and got them home and realized that a tab was broken off on headlamp, the other headlamp had a bad spot in the lense, the harness I bought had a connector missing. They said since they didn't itemize the bill they only gave me $100 dollars back for both headlights when they told me they were $165 each when I purchased them. Even on car-parts says they have them for $165 each. This place sucks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I think this is the best place 2 buy tires. I have also bought a gas tank 4 my car from them.
They are willing to help me every time I go . As a woman shopping for tires sometimes I'm at a loss for wat I need. These guys r great. I gotten tires 4 my Lincoln ,my truck other people's cars. Always find wat I need. Reccomend them 2 everyone .
Saw the reviews so I was quite surprised by how unreliable and uncommunicative these guys were. They had me on the books for a scheduled pick up of my junk vehicle and instead I got a no show and no call. Next day I called and was told I was next on the list first thing in the morning and should be expecting a call soon from the tow truck. No call that day either. I called back in and basically just felt like they were trying to get off the phone with me the moment they picked up with some mumbled excuse for why my vehicle was not picked up.
I never write reviews like this or troll reviews to complain but I highly recommend you look elsewhere
This is by far the BEST salvage yard in the Charleston area. Always friendly and willing to help. Where other yards have failed me time and time again they’ve always surpassed my expectations. It is a little out of my way but well worth the drive.
Purchased a transmission for my daughters car from these guys. Found a crack in the housing after I removed the motor mount while prepping for installation. Sales guys were awesome about swapping it out, gave me no problem what so ever. They even towed the car for free to diagnose an axle problem I had after installing the tranny. Now THAT is service! Car is back on the road, and daughter is thrilled. Thanks to Kenny, Ray, Ray-Ray, and John. These guys are GREAT! Highly recommended!
