Very good customer service and forward with everything he sells. Was there to witness a customer buy a car that had an electrical issue, he refunded the money to the nice young lady. She was so happy with their customer service that they not only got their money fully refunded, they came back and purchased another car a few days later. Goes to show that there are still good family owned used car companies around town. Some people who arent car smart would never understand though! If that isnt straight forward great customer service then i dont know what is.
Got Klay to tow a jetski for me from Hollywood S.C. all the way to Hanahan, he went and picked it up with no hesitation and brought it back with no problems! Highly recommend! A+ Service!
Whew what a day! But thanks to AG Towing and Transport everything was okay! Started by me hydroplaning off the interstate into the woods, and they got to me in RECORD TIMING, very polite, and professional too! Being a female alone on these roads can be very scary, but these guys made me feel so safe, and like everything was going to work out! And it did! Ended up getting an AMAZING DEAL on a used car from them, to get me from a to b, until I get mine fixed!! I couldn’t have asked for better service, and deals on those services! I will DEFINITELY be back, and highly recommend them to EVERYONE!!
My truck was on the side of the road (ran out of gas) this morning and clay (I believe is his name,sorry) just happened to stop to see if he could help. The car wouldn’t start and I only lived a few minutes down the road. So he called to see if any of his drivers were near, and none were. Then he called another guy who was right up the road. They then went and got his tow so I could get home. I gave the guysorry can’t remember his name) $20 I know it wasn’t much but I told him for them to buy some lunch.. from there I got a ride to get more gas and it started(sorry guys…) anyways thank you so much for helping me out and showing me that good folks still exist. I’m sorry that I just ran out of gas, just know your kindness today is what I needed.
Klay and misty were kind upfront and honest and super helpful including putting additional time in to make a cosmetic issue on the car to make everything look perfect they want you to be happy with your purchase and we are!! highly recommend Clay and Misty are awesome
AG Towing went out of there way for a stranger on the internet. I found myself in a difficult situation at one of these in and out oil change places and needed a tow ASAP. Klay offered his Towing services for free and within an hour he and his son where there and towed my vehicle to a mechanic. I will always call on AG towing, as should everyone else.
