When you're in need and tired it's tough to qubble about cost in the evening hrs. $175 form N Charleston to Goose Creek I thought was a was a bit high, I might be wrong. Not sure if the charge was because they stopped at two locations. They had my home address and went there first but the garage was maybe 4 blocks away I know that's the address I gave them
Never personally had a towing done by them, but the staff is incredibly professional and helpful; they did all they could to help a friend of the family find their car and gave me clear, precise instructions on what to do beforehand. Plus, given their rates, I'd be glad to give them a call if I ever break down on the side of the road.
Worst tow truck company, got a quote for $120 then took the guy more than a hour just to load up the truck , he said the total will be $480 , told him that I wouldn’t be paying that much had him to unload it then he came up that I still had to pay him $175 for his time, BS never ever call them again
What a horrific experience! I waited on a tow truck for over 3 hours before I ultimately cancelled them. Around noon on a Saturday, the dispatcher had the supposed tow lined up because my car had a flat tire. I was going to meet them at the tire store. 2 hours later, I got a text from the driver stating, he would arrive in 5 minutes. After 30 mins, I called the dispatcher back and politely asked what was the hold up? She claimed the Highway Patrol needed the driver and I would be next in line. At that point I already had 3 hours invested in the wait and told them to shove it. The tire store is closed now… I would not recommend this POS company to my worst enemy.

Brakes went out and needed a tow. BG and James were the guys that took care of my car. They were professional and careful. Really easy going guys. They towed my car and dropped me off where I needed to go, even stopped when I thought I left my wallet in the truck and stuck around a minute when I finally found it. Thanks for the help guys.
My sons car broke down All the ways towing showed up. JAMIE was our tow truck operator. What an amazing job he did. Wasn't the easiest to get up on the bed of the truck because of where the tire lower control arm broke.but somehow Jamie figured it out and what an amazing job he did. Can't say enough about how professional and outstanding of a job Jamie did. Put me at ease knowing he had it covered. Thank you again Jamie Great work!

Houston was great, in our short ride I learned some things and found out he has been in it for 41 years and is 3rd generation. This is to be respected by me a second generation small buisness worker. Very quick response (15mins) and fee was (50) less than others in the area. They were originally the 5th call but they will absolutely be my first next time. This will be our companies preferred towing service.

Side of the road with a busted axle on a boat trailer (with the boat). Total nightmare. Houston's partner made sure my insurance was all set while he performed magic getting my boat up on the truck. It was amazing how he performed the impossible; and was good to talk to the whole time. Wish I could drop more than 5 stars. Highly recommend.
