Having a car towed is always going to be an unpleasant time, The driver sent to help us is very friendly, outgoing, and a really nice person, that made this experience less painful, thank again "T".
I had to tow my car 4 hours away to North Carolina... I scheduled a tow in advance back in August with AAA and I had to cancel that tow the day of and felt horrible. I scheduled another tow with AAA on Tuesday for Wednesday and I got a notification that they were still looking for a company the day of which was still going on almost 2 hours after the original pickup time.I requested Dooley just because the communication was great and I also felt horrible for having to cancel previously. The day of I received a notification they were still looking for a company and after 2 hours of fighting with AAA they finally called Dooley like I asked them to do multiple times. Dooley showed up in less than 30 mins from getting the call and the driver T made the 4 hour ride less stressful. For having to ride in a tow truck for 4 hours, it was a great ride and I am a Dooley customer for life. I would also recommend a tow with T if you can.
i had my car picked up by them while i wasn’t there nd there driver stole from me nd dragged my car now i have to get new brakes nd rotors call at your own risk.

Dooley Towing was absolutely amazing. I called in distress, every towing company was a 3-5 hour wait. Dooley towing was also looking at those hours as well, but I spoke to Jordan and he said he could meet me in 20 minutes, even though they were looking at hour waits. When I called Dooley’s I received a message they would call me back.They called me within two minutes and Dave came out shortly thereafter.My cars battery had died and could not be started. Dave towed my car to a dealership to be repaired. Dooley’s is nothing but top-notch and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dave with Dooley towing was extremely helpful. He was able to accommodate strict time constraints that I had for having to have my car dropped off. I was also having issues getting the car started at all and Dave was able to temporarily get it started for me so he could get it on the truck and transported to a shop. Would absolutely recommend Dooley Towing as well as Dave.
Got a tow from joey within 30 minutes, pulled up, knew how to tow my specific car. Was knowledgeable about car shops in the area. Price worked well for me with multiple ways to pay. Good experience. I'd call here first.
David was an outstanding guy. Called and communicated his arrival, showed up on time. Knew exactly how to handle a full size truck onto a flatbed and guide me up. Flawless delivery, would absolutely go with these Dooley again, especially if David shows up!

Joey with Dooley towing was an absolute sweetheart. After spending almost 2 hours in the rain trying YouTube hacks to get into my car that I had locked my keys in, he was able to get them out in no time. He was funny and kind while it was still raining. Nice to see good people still exist.
Dave did an amazing job changing my tire to the spare, instead of needing a tow. He even patched up the hole, but there was still a leak. He was very personable and helpful. He arrived in like 5 minutes too. If they don't answer the call they will text you and dispatch someone ASAP. I definitely recommend Dooley Towing!
Tow driver (Joey I think?) was real chill. He was professional, efficient and—most importantly—QUICK with getting my car on and off the truck. I think it’s fair to mention that, as a woman, I felt comfortable on the ride and felt I was in good hands. I hope not to, but I would request Dooley with Joey if I ever needed tow services in the area again.

He used good safety practices with putting my van up on the tow bed as well as transporting it to my residence and putting it back down.

Awesome company! Great communication and service! Yaz showed up super fast (which was very important as I was stranded in the middle of the road since my truck was stuck in gear) and even taught me how to override the shifter when it won't go into neutral. I wish I had known that sooner lol! I will definitely call them again if I ever need another tow.
A wonderful company with a great team! I had the pleasure of having David B as my driver on 1/31/25. A phenomenal guy who was very knowledgeable and understanding. My car’s transmission went out and I needed my car towed in to the shop, David made sure when my car arrived he let me know it was safe and sound! When calling in, the dispatcher, he made sure I was aware of everything and how soon I’d be contacted by the driver. An excellent experience and if I ever need definitely will be calling y’all again!

Can’t even thank you enough. very fast very professional took great care of my vehicle and were very careful unloading it.
