This company was chosen by my insurer to tow my vehicle, on a Sunday evening, around 7 pm. They were given a destination, but the shop was closed. When I called the shop in the morning, my car was not there. I called every single number provided by B and M, and my insurance company. There was NO ANSWER and NO VOICEMAIL at any of the numbers. I emailed, with no reply...where was my car?!? I gave it 3 hrs, and was moments away from calling the police when dude finally called.
I was NOT notified that my car was taken to their storage. Neither was my ins. company. And having ZERO ways to contact these people, with a MINIMUM of a functional voicemail? Some of the poorest business practices imaginable.
I advised my ins co to remove them from their contracted provider list. I know *I* will NEVER use B and M again. Proceed with caution, unless you don't really care where your vehicle ends up.
Mike was awesome, patient, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you B & M Towing for making what could have been very stressful into a smooth easy tow. Thank you Sincerely.
UPDATE: I JUST SAW THAT THERE WAS AN INACCURATE REPLY TO MY REVIEW. ACTUALLY, THERE WAS NO FENCE IN SIGHT AND NOTHING TO CLEAN UP (NICE TRY) IT WAS ON A WOODED CURVE AND MY PHONE WAS FOUND THE NEXT DAY WHERE MY TRUCK ROLLED WHICH I PROCEEDED TO DRIVE TO THE EDGE OF THE ROAD.
Charged $415 to back up to a truck on the side of the road, tow it to their lot that's 5 minutes away, then tow it to my house 10 minutes away 12 hours later. Complete ripoff.
Today the service was Awesome, Highley recommend.a bad experience over 12 hrs with progressive JUST for a simply tow when he knock on my door it was Heaven sent , Thank y'all sooo much. Bad 1st experience But B&M made my day
Whats to say if your car isnt damaged and you get assistance arent they all the same? NO. Integrity is what distinguishes one company from the next. I can assure you that your vehicle and its contents will be safe with this company. Mike, the owner, wouldnt have it any other way.
I have had to use B&M twice now (for my son) lol. Both times they were very quick and friendly in person and when calling dispatch. Offers to take you home as well. My 2nd call to them didn't take a moment to think before calling them first. Highly Recommended!!!
Jay with this towing company is the best. I broke down with my puppy who just had surgery. I was over 60 miles from home. He loved on her and was such friendly good company while taking us back home.
When I called for help to get my car pulled out of a muddy grass patch, the owner/manger seemed mad that I asked him to do his job. He quotes me a price, and seemed surprised when that didn’t deter me from requesting service. He didn’t even make it to us to pull the car out. Thank God for southern hospitality, because family near by stopped and pulled me back onto dry land.

My van slipped off the road during the snow storm of 2018. Called B&M. The tow truck driver arrived much more quickly than I had anticipated. Very polite, courteous, and personable. The price was also very reasonable. Definitely 5 star + .
