Called the store for a lock out Slim Jim was assured it was there, only to get an uber 20 mins across town for it not to be there. Please advise staff to actually look for parts people call about before wasting their time.

Needed a new battery installed and Melissa did an extremely thorough job with explaining the warranty situation and installing the actual battery, cleaning the connections, etc.!!!

Terrible experience with this retail establishment. Ordered a battery yesterday, paid for it, and left our used battery with the expectation that it would be ordered - and delivered - by this afternoon. Went to pick it up today and they SOLD the new battery! And… they can’t say if or when a new battery will be available. Received a refund, but what gives?! ?♀️

Having battery issues I thought, but they checked it and my alternator and found everything in order and putting out the proper voltage. Helpful and patient staff.

Went and asked that my acct be pulled up and to repeat the same order for fuel, oil and air tfilters on my F350. The girl behind the counter was impatient and snarky. Half way thru, I excused myself and told her I would go find friendlier help somewhere else. I won't be back

My homies at Port Royal Advance always male sure I get the best deal. Staff also does its best to ztock the appropriate items as well as let me know certain will be back in stock. They always remember to give me a discount for being a Healthcare worker. Always friendly, and willing to offer assistance.

They really helped me. Service reps considerate, after buying the wrong part twice, they noticed an issue with owners manual. Wish i could remember her name, but she is a joy to work with.

Really bad battery service both from a product and customer service point of view. Expensive die hard battery won't hold charge and young woman was rude and hysterical when their policies were questioned.

Extremely rude and unhelpful woman working there this morning. 8/28/20. Asked for some simple advise but she was to busy with her boyfriend to attempt an answer. Plenty of other parts stores around.

New battery purchase & installation. Painless, professional and felt very well cared for by Dianna. She removed the old battery, cleaned the terminals and installed the new battery like a champ. I am so pleased with my experience!

Lines were crazy long. Prices were way to high. No greeting or offer of help. Didnt really need help but when I asked for a paper funnel I was given a crazy look. Are women not supposed to work on their own cars? They did let me borrow the store funnel for oil but I left right after I was done and went to the Dollar Store for a 1 dollar funnel. The funnels were 5 dollars in their store. Same funnel.....Crazy.

The workers were nice and helpful, not too disparaging towards a female customer. However, as far as actual auto parts, they are very overpriced. Rotors alone are $30 less at Autozone. Nice people, expensive parts for the same quality.

My windshield wiper blade flew off as I was driving. Stopped in. Friendly, prompt service, and they offered me Girl Scout cookies! What a pleasant experience!

Had what we needed and thankfully did not need assistance. I have met very few knowledgeable sales associates at Any of the Automotive stores in Beaufort that know anything about auto mechanics. If you are lucky they can at least look up what you need. Word of advice check the stores website and order in line for in store pickup.

EVERY time I come here I am ALWAYS helped. Leaving with more knowledge about my vehicle and other interesting things concerning one's vehicle, than when I entered. Even good recommendations to great local shops that can fix things that aren't DIY'ERS! THANKS to the great staff and their hands on experiences! The people are friendly and very knowledgeable. Great place for parts. Not to pricey either. I come here often when I’m working on my vehicles. I enjoy being able to look up parts myself too. Love this place. One of the better parts stores in the area.

Staff is completely amazing! Yes, they have computers to help look items up for your particular vehicle, but they help you with price vs. quality. If an item that is lower in price but it's just as good of not better, they will let you know-----but if that same item is not at an equal or greater quality, they will also let you know. They have also come out to my car to check my battery and when it registered that my battery was fine, they will try to see what the problem is.

Employees give you recognition when you come in. In other words, they don't ignore you! They seem to be extremely knowledgeable w everything that I needed. At the time that I went I needed a battery and then they checked mine and told me that all I needed was a charge, I was impressed! When I went to pick it up and pay for it they said that it was free, Now I really like this place!

Amazing customer service! I took my bike out on an afternoon ride and it randomly died on me. Luckily, the parking lot I happened to push it to was Advance Auto Parts! This awesome gentleman noticed me in distress and immediately took action. Initially, I was going to just have the bike towed home, but he insisted that he take a look at it first. He helped me figure out the issue. Turned out to be a pinched fuel line that resulted in a leak. He fixed it right there in the parking lot!! He spent about 30 minutes in the sweltering heat helping me! I am extremely grateful for his service! He saved me a lot of time and hassle! This experience definitely reassured my faith in humanity!

I was very disappointed with the customer service today. I was finally served by Brittney S. I was simply trying to check out with 1 off the shelf item. I was ignored for 8 minutes. 1 customer was being helped by another employee, 2 employees were outside changing batteries, while Brittney and 2 others stood behind the counter doing nothing as they complained about the district manager visiting tomorrow. Another customer arrived and stood behind me. Brittney continued to ignore me and asked the new customer if he needed help. This is not new behavior for this employee crew. I hope I was not treated this way because she didn't like me skin color. She did finally complete my transaction, but was very stoic and made it obvious that she did not want to help me. I will drive out of my way to visit O'Reily's from now on.

Staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They try to ensure you are getting the part that you need and may suggest upgrades to have car run better. Military discount always a plus
