I called this company after my car got stuck in the sand, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. They quoted me an outrageously high price, and the person who answered the phone was extremely disrespectful—he even hung up on me. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business with service like this. Definitely the worst tow company I’ve ever dealt with.
They are so unprofessional and rude the lady that works their has no home training they have no main entrance grass had never been cut honestly the whole building looks like it’s been closed for years the right person will have them shut down soon if they don’t get rid of her she is to hostile and miserable
These people are rude, hostile, and they have a stolen forged title to my vehicle. When I called to talk about it amicably like adults the rude, unprofessional woman who answers the phone without using the business name or her name yelled at me. She tried to tell me they own my stolen vehicle because they have a stolen title to it. I have the current title, so please beware people and AVOID this business at all cost. The owner threatened me and posted my picture with his threat like a big man. The “manager” couldn’t be more rude and unprofessional if she tried. Bless her rude heart, she talked over me and screamed at me. Then she tried to justify having a stolen vehicle. There is no justification for that! They know they have a stolen vehicle with a stolen, forged title. I have the current title and per the South Carolina Department of motor vehicles and SLED I am the legal owner of the vehicle in question. Yes I called SLED’s motor vehicle crime division & they looked it up in the system and told me that I am the legal owner of the vehicle in Broad River Towing’s possession. They have some nerve giving me attitude and threatening me! That’s just bad business!
Had nothing but amazing service from broad river towing. Owner is very knowledgeable and respectful. Will definitely continue to do business with this company.
I was in South Carolina on vacation, was involved in an accident Leaving my vehicle Questionably safe to drive back to North Carolina.
Kevin O’Brien,the owner of Broad River towing was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is truly the southern gentleman in his professionalism and respect to me as an older female. He assisted me in arranging towing Of my vehicle by AAA to his lot, as we had to return home to North Carolina The next day. His office staff Lindsay was a pleasure also to work with as she went out of her way to be pleasant and make this entire situation as easy as possible for me. I and my family would just like to say a big thank you for their assistance and recommend them highly.
We are stuck on the highway we waited till 6 to call a 24 hour service only to be asked if we had really called home at 6 am. I wish more people would invest time in prayer.
Makes deals to come pick up cars after sells for parts then back out of his word . Dude is a snake don't deal with these people . And doesn't even tell you himself he has his buffer do it , and she doesn't even know what a buffer is . Wish I could give zero stars .
The woman that answers the phone is incredibly rude, and answers by saying "can i help you"....does not even say the name of the company, so i did not even know if I was calling the correct place, had an attitude to the questions i was asking. Will NOT ever being in touch with them again or refer them ever!!!! Terrible customer service skills.
A very HORRIBLE!!! TOWING COMPANY, NASTY, RUDE AND IGNORANT , NOT FRIENDLY AND OVER CHARGES CUSTOMERS FOR JUST A SMALL TRIP UP A ROAD NOT EVEN A LONG DISTANT. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE CALL OR DO ON LINE APPLICATION TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU LIKE I PLAN TO DO TO REPORT THEIR BUSINESS, TREATED MY GRAND DAUGHTER AND HER MOTHER VERY BADLY !!
