I dont recommend this place at all. Ladies working here are rude, nasty to you and up charge you on parts to make more money, manager was unprofessional and didn't care if you bought from them or not, they don't care here, prices are more expensive then any other part store around. Not worth it, better to go somewhere else that actually appreciates their customers. Avoid this place at all cost !!
Went to get parts for two vehicles an alternator for one and a fuel pump for the other, after waiting two days for the Alternator I go pick it up and when I get home and remove mine...they look nothing alike so I call back to the store and I get told that I was given the wrong part number they charged me 350$ for the first one then when I called THEY HAD IT IN STOCK FOR 214$ SO I TAKE THE ONE BACK. CLEARLY THIS IS THEIR MISTAKE. WELL WHEN I GET BACK TO THE STORE THEY OWE ME 194.00 BACK FOR THE CORE AND DIFFERENCE. IM TOLD THEY CAN ONLY PUT IT BACK ON MY CARD??? THEN FIND OUT IT WILL TAKE 7 DAYS FOR ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK ON THE CARD.....IT DIDNT TAKE 7 DAYS FOR YOU TO TAKE IT FROM MY ACCOUNT. THIS IS RIDICULOUS ESPECIALLY WHEN IT WAS YOUR TEAM MEMBERS FAULT FOR GIVING ME THE WRONG YEAR. IM DONE WITH THIS IT SEEMS LIKE ALL OF THESE "PARTS PROS" WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT I FEEL LIKE I WAS DONE WRONG AND HAVE TO STRUGGLE ẞ6D
This place is amazing. We needed windshield wiper replacement blades during a tropical storm (Debby), the employee was very friendly and knowledgeable and even went out in the rain to install them. Will definitely shop here for all of my future auto maintenance needs.
The guys that was helping me wasnt very helpful at all he had no knowledge wasnt very engaging at all got mostly blank stares it was an okay visit got what i needed hopefully wont have to return any wrong items ugh
Great service! Came in to get a replacement battery and air filter. My rep looked everything up for me and even installed it for me. Can’t ask for better service than that. Definitely went above and beyond compared to what i experienced from auto part stores in Orangeburg. Prices are on par with other stores. Highly recommend.
Giving three stars because the ladys helping me were really nice but one that was on the clock walked in screaming and cussing about work while on the clock. She got in the other workers face but the other lady stayed calm and told her to take her drama away from the costumers.. And the one helping me stayed helping me the whole time while the screaming was happening that took a lot of the people working and not to mention the man working she got in his face they all stayed calm while their co-worker ranted and cussed.. I will go back cause I know no matter what they have going on costumers are they're number one priority no matter even a co-worker.. Thanks oreillys
