(2 weeks ago) Bike broke down on 85, I left it under a bridge, they scooped it and delivered it down my driveway by the house. I appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail.
I had a fender bender and my car would not run. Jason called me, told me he would be towing my car from Travelers Rest, SC to Brevard NC and that he would be where my car was parked within 20 min. He was on time, was extremely personable, explained how he would tow my car, asked where I would like it taken, said he would contact me during his drive and park it in front of my home as requested. He even took a picture of it in front of my house once it was unhooked from the truck. Excellent service with a great employee, delivered and parked where requested. Can't say enough positive things about this experience!! Insurance paid for the tow so I do not know their pricing.
Jason was a pro! He was able to put the car in the spot that I decided to put the car and with a small area to navigate he did it first time. This team is awesome!! Will use again.
Don't try to make an appointment and expect them to hold to it. Total waste. Waited 2 hours only to be told, we're on the way. No, you're not, go back home I'll find someone reliable.

Unfortunately, my car shut off while I was driving and I had to pull over into a parking lot. I made a request through my insurance company to get the car towed. The dispatcher (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) called me quickly and was very kind and was diligent to get a driver out to me asap. Thankfully she was because it was 91 degrees outside. Jason was the driver that came out to help me and he was quick to arrive. He was awesome! He asked about my situation and made sure I was taken care of. He was able to get my car towed the shop and I’m very thankful. I highly recommend these guys!

Driver was excellent - Jason was extremely professional and kept me apprised of how and when he was bringing my replacement rental car to my hotel. We, my wife and I and six-month old granddaughter, were stranded, luckily at a hotel, with a dead rental car when Budget got 85 involved - courteous, professional, communicative, and Jason was the best - 80 miles delivery and let me know where he was at every 30/40 minutes.

Well butter my biscuit and call me hooked! I've been HAULED over by 85 Towing in Greenville, and let me tell you folks, this experience really PULLED at my heartstrings! When my trusty dad mobile decided to drive-thru a construction site and run over a few nails, (pun absolutely intended), these heroes came to my rescue faster than you can say "attachment issues!"
The service was absolutely WHEELY good - and I'm not just YANKING your chain here! The driver arrived with a smile brighter than my high beams and a can-do attitude that really LIFTED my spirits. Talk about a guy who knows how to HOOK you up! He handled my vehicle with the care of a chef flipping pancakes at a Sunday brunch - gentle, precise, and with just the right amount of GRIP on the situation.
Speaking of grip, their coffee game is TIRE-iffic! While waiting, I grabbed a cup of joe that was stronger than my dad jokes (and that's saying something!). The restroom facilities? Cleaner than my driving record! Well, mostly clean - let's not talk about that incident with the mailbox last Tuesday.
The fuel prices had me doing a happy dance that would make my teenage kids CRINGE with embarrassment. Their snack selection is absolutely NUTS - and I mean that in the best way possible! Those beef jerky sticks were so good, they had me STUCK on coming back for more.

This towing company is every bit of Professional. From the customer service over the phone to the driver who came out. My insurance dispatched 85 towing and Mr. Tim/Timothy came out! He was on time and he called to let me know he was on the way. He was very nice and a blessing at the same time to come out at such a late time to pick my car up.
He's also a pro when it comes to driving such a huge truck. Mr. Tim backed the truck up into the driveway with no problems!!!

Had a very good experience with this company today. I needed a tow because my car would not start. Jason was very prompt and courteous. He took care of getting my car from my home to the dealership. I appreciated the excellent communication throughout the process, especially the frequent texts updating me on their ETA.
Jason came out and helped us tonight when our Suspension blew. Even though we had parts dragging on the ground. He showed the upmost patience and respect with us and our situation as he took care of our tow. We are new to the area and if we ever need help again we will be using 85 Towing every time. My car was having engine issues on a Sunday morning, and I needed help quick to get it to a mechanic. I called every tow company in Greenville, and 85 towing was the only one that was able to get my car out of a parking garage ( I live in an apartment). This place was so fast and friendly throughout the whole process! Jason was a huge help, and kept me updated the whole time. Highly recommend!!! (Also, pricing was very reasonable!)
Jason’s roadside assistance was a lifesaver. Avis sent me out with a problematic rental car and they were unwilling and unable to help resolve the situation before the car battery ultimately died. Even calling a Toyota service center did not resolve the issue before that result. Jason quickly figured out the problem and got the car started so I could be on my way to exchange cars. Plus, he’s good natured and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Explained his procedure from start to finish and stood for a bit on his personal time so that we could wait for our pickup. Ray was dispatched to get my car by our insurer. He contacted me when in route and gave me options with the vehicle, leave it or stay. He arrived on time and had the vehicle hooked up and was gone in minutes. He let me know he was going to document everything from a safe location and then head to the drop-off. When he arrived, he asked for the location to drop the car, and he was able to get it placed with expert care. He double checked before unhitching and spoke with us for a few minutes while wrapping things up. Ray is a solid individual and you can see he cares about what he does and about his customers. I won't wait for the insurer in the future, I'll make my own arrangements through 85 and Ray.

My car suddenly broke down as I was about to get on 385 yesterday, and I used roadside assistance through my insurance to get connected with 85 Towing. I’m so grateful this is the company they called! The ETA had me waiting 1-2 hours for a tow, but Jason arrived a full 45 minutes before the earliest estimated arrival time. Very professional, very polite, and their prices are very reasonable — having had to pay $150+ for towing to shorter distances before and wait three times as long, knowing I can get a tow for under $100 in town with a company that is quick and efficient is amazing. Jason helped me manage this scary and challenging moment with as little anxiety as possible (and at the risk of TMI, coming back from an hour-long drive with a full bladder, his timeliness was *greatly* appreciated), so I will definitely be recommending 85 Towing to my local friends and family!

Great experience. These folks treated my car like it was their own. My first tow truck driver Jason called me as soon as he got the notification from my insurance company. Stayed in contact throughout his route to give me an up-to-date ETA and got there sooner than I expected.
Unfortunately, his truck wasn't able to pick up my car (lowered mustang), but he called and let me know then told me a flatbed would be sent out to get my car.
I'll definitely be using 85 Towing and Recovery again when the need arises again.

I honestly have to praise this company for going above and beyond to help me today. I just had gotten off of work and I had a complete blow out on my way home. My phone was on 5% and all I could do was reach out to my mother. Share my location and pray that eventually I would get help. My phone died! I had absolutely no one to help me. Not only did the team stay in constant communication with my mother through the process but also afterwards when I left. To let my mom know I was okay and on my way home. Josh was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Efficiently and quickly he fixed my tire. While he walked me through and explained the entire process in case it happens again. So I would have the knowledge to do it on my own next time. I am so grateful for this team and the sheer kindness they extended to me & my family today. God bless
