Please don’t ever ever get your car towed by these people it’s $266 dollars to get it the first day. And it’s $45 added every day after. They are rude and don’t care about your car.
I took my car there for a brake light issue, I pick the car up and it broke down on side of the road after leaving the shop . On that bill it was $40 even threw in a $20 so he would do it that day. After it broke down I went to pick it back up today and paid $245 and lot of issues that was done by Lee Davis. Barley made it home. Don't take your business to them .
Horrible experience here, very rude disrespectful owner and staff. I left a review on Facebook and they REMOVED it. They know how crappy their service is barely a 3 star rating here & thats because they remove the bad reviews. Who knows what they would really have if they didn’t manipulate numbers . DONT COME HERE.
Horrible customer service, treated my car like junk, ripped my bumber and fender half way off . Doesn’t take anything but cash like it’s 2024 not 1967!!! Then when you try and get the cash to pay him he threatens to take your car ….. not to mention prices are outrageous. I was serviced by the owner personally if that doesn’t tell you everything you need to know about this company idk what will.
There were several things going on for a car tow a couple weeks ago. When it was mentioned to Grady Davis towing that another agency was going to contribute to the tow and storage fee, as the vehicle was accidentally towed, they were absolutely unwilling to help. The tow fee is $242 (per SC law state max. $250) and storage us $38 a day ($25 typically). They left the sunroof and windows open, with several downpours, allowing standing water to be in the floorboard (2-4 inches). The key was left with the vehicle, yet they insisted on not being given a key or ever having a key. They also had someone else listed as the owner, not myself nor the bank.
Had very rude attitudes. Gave me a hard time to get my husband's keys and stuff out of his vehicle and being towed there after a wreck. After the insurance agent called and spoke with them to let them know we were coming. Do not recommend.
Extremely rude, we tried to get things out of my car that my insurance company told me they were coming to get the next day. And they didn’t want to hand me the keys to get it all out. Very unprofessional, do not recommend these people at all.
I screwed up, got arrested, got my car towed, and it was nobody's fault but my own. Getting arrested comes with a hefty price sometimes but that's the way the mop flops. For what it's worth I kinda liked dealing with these people because they are way more friendly than the officers at the detention center.
Absolutely money hungry, outrageous towing fees, self righteous people. and my god that awful lady that runs the office. I have seen her drunk as can be harassing customers. They need to be certified to actually work on cars not rely on self learned information for natarually aspirated cars, instead of newer models with internal conputers.
This man is a scam!!! He charged me 200$ to tow my truck a mile down the road. Never once told me a price even though the officer asked him on the phone and then he drops my truck and demands 200$
