Ray was amazing!!! AAA was taking 3 hours to get a tow and we called Ray and he was there in 30 minutes. He brought us to drop off the truck and since our hotel was close was going to take us there too. Big trucks don't drive good in small places though hahaha. Very professional and a good down to earth guy!!! Thanks Ray for helping some out-of-towners get to where we needed to be!!!
Definitely recommend this company! They called me back with in minutes of me calling and got the addresses from me And then called me back with a quote! And I agreed with the quote which was what I thought to be very reasonable and they had my car towed from Pelham Rd to HWY 153 on a Friday night and it was done all with in the same hour! Excellent company ! Not only did I get my car tow when my starter went out. But also got offer services to fix it as well. So I trusted Mr. Powell with my car to get the job done! Not only did Mr.Powell and his teams provide excellent communication skills. They also, got my car finished within a short amount of time with a unbelievable price. These people are crooks they definitely extort their clients, they won't work with you if they have your vehicle, ultimately losing your vehicle to an outrageous towing bill that's designed to keep you paying money , also Mr Powell told me it was against state law to work with me, I spoke to a deputy and he said it was no such law, this was really frustrating, then after I told him what the deputy said he didn't want to hear it, and Mr Powell made reference , that I don't mind paying white boys, but wouldn't pay him and that is completely false!!! At this point can the corporate office help with this situation I just want my car back I did nothing wrong.

We had an emergency flat tire on Labor Day and we were over an hour away from home. After calling multiple companies that wouldn't help us, we came across Elite.
