This will be a good review. The owner of this store (Van) - nice guy. He comes out from behind the counter to help. So does Nathan! A tag team, team.
Amendable, friendly, fast, these two gentlemen. And the store is easily located on Whitehall Rd. (near QT gas station), with easy access back to the road from parking lot.
Nathan is laid back and easy to work with. Go see him, test my statement. lol

These guys came in clutch for sure. Called them up and they had my battery in stock for a fair price. They're very polite and helpful and even offered to test my old battery as well as install the new one. I also prefer to support a local business not a chain.

The owner and staff are amazing!! They are very knowledgeable and friendly!! They answered all my questions and made recommendations. I got a full set of 6 - 8 volt Trojan batteries INSTALLED for $1000. CHEAPEST price anywhere!! They also upgraded my speed code and installed new cables. I called in the morning and was in and out in a couple of hours. They are definitely worth checking out!!
I have bought batteries there up til today, stopped by to have my system checked. Turns out the alternator in wife's TJ was about to flatline. The owner was able to find me a upgraded alternator brand new and not remanufactured under what the big box stores charge. So if looking to replace check them out.
This business is what you can call Great Service, Price, and all around just Awesome!!! The employees done all they could do to get my golf cart running by the day I needed it by. I drove a hour to this business because they had a great deal on batteries, and they even put new cables on and installed the batteries cheaper than other places just selling batteries.
Best service ever!! When Van heard me say I was going to call uber to bring me to his shop he immediately offered to deliver my Honda to my home!! No battery shopping for me I'm sold thanks Tri County Battery!!!
The team at Tri-County Battery is phenomenal. They were able to replace my dual battery set up and add a trickle charger for our church bus in just over an hour. They kept me in the loop on pricing decisions and were super knowledgeable and nice. Give these guys your business!
Van and his team are awesome. They went the extra mile on a Friday afternoon to diagnose the issues with my golf cart. I drove 40 minutes from Greer to get there and I would gladly drive two hours. Their customer service and expertise is second to none. I’ll definitely be back!

Van was so helpful and knowledgeable. I learned about the care of my batteries as well. I shopped hard and he had a better battery for the same price I could find anywhere. Installation was free and professionally done. I'm a fan. He does support Tennessee, But I've forgiven him for that LOL!!! highly recommend!
Great company and very easy to work with. Spoke late on a Saturday and he came out Sunday morning to get new batteries installed. Went over and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!
Amazing experience today! It's a Saturday at 11am and my alternator went out. The owner diagnosed and priced my issue and then offered to repair right then, even though he closes at 12pm on Saturday and he knew this would make him late. He finished about 1:45pm and never complained once. I cant speak highly enough about the service I recieved and his prices on batteries are hard to beat. Thank you so much!
Van the owner takes great care of his customers. He takes the time to listen to his customers needs and then makes his recommendations. Great to see that there are still some honest business owners out there that still value great customer service! Next time you need a battery, give Van a visit you will not be disappointed! And by the way 5 stars doesn’t even come close to describing this business, I’d give it a 10!
Owner is very helpful. He doesn’t just want to needlessly take your money. He checked my batteries and told me they were good. I’m actually going to buy a battery from him soon. I do have a bad one on another tractor. Don’t mistake honesty for rudeness. Great guy.
