We ordered a panoramic sunroof and it came in and seemed to be ok. After a few days we finally opened the packing crate and the plastic housing was broken. After contacting them, they checked to see if they could just send a replacement and they couldn't find one at any of their facilities. They were very gracious and offered a partial refund to make it right. We agreed to the partial refund and they processed it thru Ebay right away. Thanks for working with us Andrew and making this right! Great company!!
With an order that involved quite a few parts, it could have gotten a little confusing or a little complicated. Luckily I had Andrew and Jonathan taking my calls and handling my orders, and besides the Great condition those parts were in when delivered, I can certainly say that Parts Box thrives on an A+ customer service and a perfectly ideal post-sales customer support!
