Minutes from when I first called Geico. He would have been there sooner, but the address given was lane, not road. Not his fault. I was impressed with his professionalism, as well as his attitude. What a nice person! He took me to a great place to get a tire, too. So Charles, if you see this, thank you! This tire shop is like the one I told you about in Florida, and I’m so happy! DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY SOLD MY 19 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HER FIRST CAR SAID ONLY THING WRONG WAS A WHEEL BARRING COME TO FIND OUT IT WAS A TRANSMISSION. THE CAR IS STILL IN OWNERS NAME SUSAN MILLER BECAUSE WE CANT DO NOTHING WITH IT. DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR MONEY BACK WOULD HAVE KEPT THE CAR IF THE WOULD HAVE HELPED WITH GETTING A USED TRANSMISSION PUT IN BUT INSTEAD THEY CHOSE TO BLOCK AND IGNORE US. SO IVE CONTACTED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SOCIAL MEDIA AND ALL BECAUSE THIS COMPANY TOOK MY DAUGHTERS LAST DOLLAR ONLY TO DEFRAUD HER… TO THINK WE THOUGHT DOING BUSINESS WITH A BUSINESS WOULD BE A GOOD THING

Charlie Wood is absolutely amazing! I cannot express my gratitude to him enough after a long day of closed shops he got me, my car (and my dog) safely to a shop on NYE. He stayed with me until the owner arrived to fix my flat tire and refused to let me stay in my car to wait alone. The world needs more people like Charlie! He deserves every blessing coming to him! Daniel from Prime got to me quick and was such a nice gentleman. helped me out so much and even helped me get my belongings out of my trunk when the car had no power to open it, he went and switched trucks so he could get it open because i’m from out of state and a female alone and had no way to even get my clothes from my car. VERY professional, courteous, and the woman answering the phone was very kind to me in a really bad time. I HIGHLY recommend Prime and their csring staff!
After calling over two dozen nearby places that didn't want to drive an hour or less to help me out, the folks here took care of me right away. The gentleman that picked me up I believe his name started with a C (Charlie maybe?) was very prompt, professional, and was overall a great person to interact with. If I'm ever in a pickle again, I know who I'm calling first. This place knows service.
The place was closed during the weekday, and we had to call to be attended. They accept cash only, and they don't warn you in advance. We had to go to an ATM to get cash.
10/10 recommend! We’re able to jump on my project fast and very friendly and easy to deal with! Great prices! Will for sure be using them over and over again in the future!
These guys were great. My car broke down Labor Day weekend on my way home from work and they were able to come tow it. They even looked at it and asked me what happened. They were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with it. The two guys that picked it up were amazing and even gave me a receipt so that I could get a reimbursement from my insurance for the tow. Hopefully I don’t break down anytime soon, but if I do I’ll call you guys. Thank you so much for helping me.
They towed my car from an apartment complex even though no signs were displayed saying I would get towed (in a normal parking spot). I also had to call the police since they didn’t leave a note or card behind so I thought my car was stolen. Their lot is very sketchy and the workers were all asleep when I entered even though it was during hours. The workers seem nice but overall not a good experience.
We had a truck broke down in an area with no service. Trying to find a tow service willing to come to get us was a challenge. Prime was not only willing but also came promptly. Thankfully, Dale was able to find us and get us off the rode side quickly. Very professional and efficient. They came when no one else would, and for that, Prime would be the ONLY tow service I would call.
The lady on the phone took the time to help me find a driver when she didn't have to at the moment. The driver was a nice guy and handled the tow very professionally and carefully. Exceptional service. Will definitely be doing business there again if/when needed. 5 stars!
You can tell from their response below how they treat people and what customer service they have. Lol Also they need to use spell check. Funny how im the idiot in the situation but you can’t spell. Horrible customer service!! Did not disclose that I only could pay cash. Driver would not give me a ride, but offered to give only my boyfriend one after I walked all over to find an atm. Super unprofessional. Also driver stiod outside taking to the neighbor that called on me while I was trying to get help. This was an unauthorized tow in a private residence. Every person I spoke with was extremely rude. Even when my apartment complex called to discuss, they were rude to them as well. 0/10 would NEVER recommend!! They came on private property without authorization. They’re lucky I don’t get my lawyers involved. Shady business! Seemed like the tow driver knew the guy that called for the tow.
Last night after getting a flat. My husband’s tool broke and then the tire wouldn’t come off - Dale from Prime Towing came to help!
Very kind and helpful, he was able to show us some tricks and complete changing the tire on our 4Runner for much less than anticipated! We are very grateful for their serve in the local upstate!

Driver said he would put my name and phone # on envelope for mechanic and didn’t. Took them 2 days to find me. Called for a tow, the lady told me 65.00, later in the day when the guy towed my car he charged me 116.00, I said I thought it was 65.00, he said that’s the morning rate. What a coincidence I wasn’t told that until my car was being towed that. I hate when these companies take advantage of customers
I have used Prime Towing in the past, this company is very reputable and very fair with their prices. I will use this company only for towing, unless I’m out of state or something that would be too far for them to travel. This company comes highly recommended their drivers are exceptional and their response time is incredible very quick service. Thank you for your service and a job well done.
Used prime towing for the first time and they were excellent!! Their driver Daniel was exceptional ! He took care of my vehicle like it was his own and it showed!! I needed my vehicle to go up in a semi and Daniel handled it with ease !! He’s definitely an asset to his company! Would definitely recommend to everyone!!!
This service was excellent. I called their dispatch, the woman who answered was very professional and polite. She answered all my questions and asked enough questions to know what was going on and where to go. The driver called me shortly after to verify and clarify where I was and what I needed. He showed up in a timely manner (especially with it being so late at night). He was very kind and very professional. He even taught me something about my car that I didn't know about! He changed the tire quickly, took my payment, gave me business card, and wished me a good night. He was so nice, wonderful encounter. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing help!!! 5 STARS!!!!
The amount of awesome these guys are is immeasurable. Jim and Daniel were the best. This is the second time they've come out to rescue my truck , and each time they are super courteous and jovial and professional. This time around my truck was in a very difficult spot and in a tricky situation. They were geniuses and managed to get it on to the tow truck. If you need anything these guys provide, then definitely hire them for the job. I will never be able to express my gratitude enough for this crew!! Jim and Daniel were absolutely amazing! The wheel fell off our boat trailer and after getting the run around from several other local towing companies, Prime was there in a timely fashion and were very professional. They were kind and efficient. They were knowledgeable and are masters of their craft! We would definitely use them again, if needed.
I have used Prime towing twice and they are Absolutely FANTASTIC! Daniel is the BEST and he needs to be recognized! The first time I needed help, I was scred in the section of town that i was in. When they called me back, I told the lady that I needed help ASAP! It didn't take Daniel long to get there at all. He told me that she told him what I said and that he got there to help me.
