Travis was prompt. Communicating was the top quality that caught my eye. Was beyond polite. Very patient no matter how late it was. We will definitely use him any time we have to call on a towing company again.

For a 6 mile tow on my mother-in-law's car they charged $250!!!
The wreck happened around 4pm on Wednesday and the car was picked up before 10:30am on Thursday. The only damage to the car was a flat tire. No mess to clean up, no storage. I can't believe they charged this much!! I gave them 2 stars because they helped my husband change the tire.
I had called after getting pulled over, very upset, they were so kind and understanding. Came and towed my car at a great price, took me back to the office where I was warm and safe until my dad arrived to get me and the car. Would DEFINITELY use them again and DEFINITELY recommend them, HIGHLY!
They were the best just great and friendly sevice. They were completely knowledgeable in helping me on the process for getting my car towed for insurance purposes. When i was going to get an Uber for work they volunteered to take me. Now that's what I call great customer service. You can tell just by meeting them that they possess family values. After hitting a pothole on 85n and sitting on the side of the highway at night, called several companies no answer, call quick towing the first ring got a answer and they completely saved the day. Very friendly and worked really quickly. Would definitely recommend. Great service!!!!!!!
It took a little to get to me each time, not sure if they were that busy or what but once there they were great. They do their thing and get you off of the road quickly. Communication could be better with me and other offices that can be involved. Mailbox seems full a lot.
