  Very Satisfied!!! I needed my vehicle towed to my home after a Tie Rod broke on it. I was concerned of someone charging extra or not willing to tow it period because of the tie rod being broke and my tire one tire facing outward. But when I spoke with Tow Jam they asked how many miles was the tow gonna be and was given a price, afterwards I explained the issue with the car and the kinda crazy parking spot it was in and he just said it's okay we'll get it out and the price never changed! Also he was was running kinda late as we're we lol but he made sure to communicate with me about running behind. Very nice company to deal with and the price was reasonable and doable with money being tight for everyone these days. I was very stressed and worried about being able to afford & get my broken down vehicle home to be fixed and after dealing with the Tow Jam company it was like a 1,000lbs was lifted off my shoulders. I definitely would RECOMMEND TOW JAM to Everyone! I know that's exactly who I will be calling again should I ever need towing assistance again... Thank You Tow Jam for everything!!!
