Very fair pricing and great service! Both our driver, Josh and Chris with dispatch were incredibly helpful and kind. Chris explained the process to us and kept in contact as a driver was assigned and en route. Josh was patient with us as we had a project car in pieces that had to be loaded. He was clearly experienced at what he was doing and expertly loaded it despite everything with the car being a mess. He spoke well of the company he works for and was a pleasure to be around. The owner Richard did not want to take responsibilities for extensive damages that was done to my vehicle front bumper, by his company. His solution was to accept a couple cans of spray paint and apply them to the affected areas.

Where do I begin. First and foremost a special thanks to Amanda and our tow truck driver Chris; they are AWESOME! Me and some family members were traveling to Atlanta and an object on I-85 South punctured my tire and was flattened. After calling numerous towing companies, Action Towing and Recovery were the only one able to accommodate our needs in a timely manner to get us to a tire shop for repairs before 6:00 PM on Saturday. The customer service we received was TOP NOTCH and if you are ever in the Anderson, SC area and in need of a towing company, please give them a call. One of the only companies that answered after calling after 5pm, driver came and asked a few questions took a look figured out it was my fault wouldn't start, super nice. Showed up quick once available and the receptionist was super attentive calling to inform of changes and to verify once they were available

These guys are amazing. Owners Rick and Amanda are so nice and easy to work with. My son had an accident with his car and both Chris's showed up with their trucks and they worked together and did an amazing job, took care of the car like it was their own. Amazing people and amazing company.
Arrived quickly even considering the large amount of traffic in the area. Had no problem loading my low car with a flat tire onto the flatbed. I was only a mile or 2 from my house so ended up paying the minimum rate of $70 which is fair.
While on a trip our car broke down on Interstate 85 near Anderson, South Carolina. These fantastic men arrived quickly and removed us from a dangerous situation. They were prompt, courteous, kind, efficient, and most professional. They assisted us with information about the area and helped us to find solutions for our situation. I cannot praise them enough. I cannot talk more HIGHLY of this company. They were very knowledgeable, we were out of town and needed guidance. We had contacted another towing company who turned out to be fraudulent and took my aunt for over $400 on a credit card and never sent a tow truck. With the guidance of Action Towing we were able to sort it all out and I could not have done that without their guidance and help. They are a very reputable company who looked out of us when we had no idea where to turn in a very stressful situation. They were great they worked with a single mother and a repair shop called Rowlands Automotive Repair I do believe to not only show they help their customers when their in not the best times but their community also! They didn’t charge the mom as she was not taking this well! But God Bless you and you family for working and help and loving thy neighbor as you’d love thyself!
Did an awesome job. Definitely my tow company if I need one. Fast response,Easy to deal with and they were very careful with my barely off the ground sitting honda. Its hard to find a good company but here is one id call on for sure anytime.
My car bit the dust this morning...6am on a Sunday! The lady that answered the phone was very kind and eager to help. She got a driver on the way to me within within a few minutes and he was there pretty quickly. Jimmy, the driver, was very sweet and helpful. It was also much cheaper than I expected. I don't know what I would have done without their help. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you all so much!
I can't say enough about these guys!! I do bookkeeping for 2 companies that use them for all of their towing needs. When I have needed them for personal tows they are on the spot in no time and don't over charge me! My mother-in-law was recently in an accident. I called & Rick went to the location within 19 minutes. The car had already been towed by another company contacted by the highway patrol. Rick found out who towed the car for me and didn't charge me for going out. These guys are first class!!! By the way, the other company charged us $250 for a tow that would have cost me $50 with Action. Thank you guys for always taking care of me!!! You are the BEST!!!

Our SUV fell off the jack while changing a flat, and need someone to lift it back up. Action towing was the right place to call! Amazing people!! Very friendly, helpful, and quick service. Didn't even charge me for coming out. A+++++ recommend them to anyone who needs their service!!!!!
