They DO NOT HELP UNLOAD ANYTHING one day it’s 7.50$ on junk cars when the female works when the man is working it’s 6.0$ on cars they out to get people for every dollar they can I would definitely use George Albert road junk yard definitely gonna take my business there

Can't wait till it's finished bc it's looking like a much more simple way to possibly find the parts I need when I need them as well as possibly a faster trip when I'm just dropping off my scrap. Called to find out if they had a certain vehicle at their location. The lady who answered was very short and dismissive with me. When I asked again to clarify, she hung up on me. I tried to call back 3 times. Wanted to make sure we didn't get "disconnected" yeah, she ended call and sent to non existing VM. Then I was blocked.... I guess people don't really like money. All for a part! Don't waste your time. FLM has it
The lowest that I can rate is 1 star but they dont deserve that. I had every metal cleaned and seperated. I had several radiators and alum rims etc.
They weighed seperate but combined the weights and pd me the lowest price in each catagory. On the 3 radiators that I had, they pd a weight of 4lbs. I had another radiator at home exactly the same as one of the radiators that i took and it alone weighed 15 lbs....by the time I received my money and receipt, all my brass, copper, alum, stainless and radiators had been added to their piles so being cheated could not be noticed until it was too late.
They cheated me and when I started reading reviews after I got home and decided to review them myself, I realized that they evidently cheat alot of people. There were numerious reviews almost identical to my experience within the last 3 weeks or so.
Do not give these people your business unless you want to lose money and waste your time.
Granite the only reason I used them is because It was a Saturday and It says open until 2. Well I found out however that they stop taking non ferrous at 1230 at about 1210 so it ended up being a rushed experience with them rushing through our transaction. Idk if they think since I'm female I'm clueless or if they rip everyone off but they definitely ripped me off. Considering I had all types separated already into grades and they weighed it separate like they should of but when I got my receipt leaving it was almost impossible to read bc of a printer error I guess. But i can see enough to see that even tho they weighed my bare bright copper, my #1 and my #2 separate. Number #1 and #2 are they only ones on my receipt. Same with my wire,cable and thhn. Weighed them all correctly but gave me the cheap insulated wire price for it all. Gave me dirty aluminum price and there price for brass is way below current average. Is this a normal for everyone here? Either way will not be back!
Just an FYI something must of changed. I called bc I need 2 relays and the lady said I doubt you're going to find them here because we're about to crush everything. She was nice it wasn't that. I guess their business changed
Stopped by for a part for my 91 toyota camry, said he had one but said it wasn't worth his time to go get it for me. Went to Powells and they got the part i needed to get my wife driving again.
They were very rude on the phone told me they dont have inventory on cars that they get them in and crush them everyday that if i needed to see if they had a car i needed parts off of they wouldnt go see if they had 1 out there. But i would have to come look myself. I would not ride out of my way to look myself when they are to lazy to know what they have...
Cheap prices, great staff, good variety but man their loosing a fortune not keeping inventory bc nobody wants to make the drive then hike around playing hide-N-seek for nothing.
