I have been to this salvage yard a couple of times. Each time I was treated really well, and was able to get what I came for. I wouldn't hesitate to return, and I will!
I called this place twice and I thought the first time maybe the female answering the phone was having a bad day... I called the second time and understood she's just rude period!

Maybe she knew my identity as I spoke I don't know but I wish there was a way Google could block this business in my Google search!

The only person who can make money in the bail bond business is Fred Herbert but the only person who can make money in the salvage business is Mr. Ed Powell.
Ed Powell's has always been there for me & my family. They are old school! Fair prices, outstanding customer service! If there's something they can do to help you, they don't hesitate! I hope they never go out of business!
This will be the place I go to from now on. I needed a part for a trailblazer, and they had it and jumped to take care of it for me. I picked it up 2 hours later from running errands. They were so pleasant, great attitude, and great customer service. Thank you again for helping me in a pinch and quickly
Called on a Friday to see if they would buy my truck. I told them all that was wrong with it and they quoted me $550. I even repeated the amount back and they agreed. Came to pick it up, loaded it and then wanted to only give me $150 and refused to honor what I was quoted. Immediately had then drop it off the truck and got a better offer elsewhere.
This a local family owned and operated & you need to know what you want when you walk in.They install auto glass as a source of income and also buy parts cars.
They are amazing. I have been doing business with them forever and my parents did before I was born. It’s a great family owned/operated business. I totally recommend.
I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life. I won't even go into detail because it's waste of time. Only the female employee apologized for my inconvenience of waiting 5 days after a paid for a part that I still never received and had to get a refund. Smdh. I will never go here again or recommend anyone else to shop with them point blank period ......................

Only dealt with them over the phone and they didn't have the part I needed to fix my vehicle, but they do need to fix the recording on their answering machine as they are not open on Saturdays any longer.
I walked to their lot because I figured they were just too busy to answer the phone.
Sent my Van in for a simple Fuel Pump Replacement and it took them a week to get it finished. They then were paid at around 1PM to deliver the vehicle to my residence, only 18 minutes away, and was told at 4PM that they were unable to deliver it that day.
Absolutely inconsiderate of your time.
Called about selling a car for parts. Agreed on a price and they said they would come by and pick up the car in a couple of days. Called a couple of days later and they said a couple more days. Called a week later and they said a couple of days. Called nearly two weeks later and they said the next day. Called the next day and they said later that day. Didn't happen. Called another place, agreed on the same price, and they picked it up three hours later.
After doing busness with them for more then 25 years I know there is no place better for fair prices and good service on parts, winshield installations and mechanical repairs.
I live all the way in denver, and this place is amazing, they packaged my shipping for me all I had to do is schedule the pick up. They have a very friendly service and if they have the parts, you can get it for a great place! I honestly love their customer service
I had heard a lot of positive things about Ed Powell's, but yet had to experience those wonderful and delightful experiences. When I called I was put on hold for a total of fifteen minutes and the person on the other end was rather abrupt. When I arrived at the location the same problem, the person behind the counter was rather abrupt. I have now surmised that this is her perpetual state of customer service. When Brian came in, this all changed. He handled it wonderfully and would not hesitate to return there. Thanks again!
