My first time taking scrap there, but I needed some quick cash. We picked up what I considered trash just gathering weeds in my yard and I was amazed! I got enough to cover my bill and put gas in the car. Thanks. Y'all will be seeing us again.
Called in a couple of days ago to check on a part for my project. Smooth, quick shipment transaction over the phone. Part was delivered in 2 days and installed the same day. Great service.
Called for a part that says they have online. First person verifies they see they have one in stock; I was told to call back in an hour, talked to someone different. The new person said they don't have it and not everything on the computer is available. They have a website search on their own site; It just makes it hard to find car parts if you have to talk to the right person and can't trust the online inventory. Nice people, but I hate to waste time for everyone with phone calls.
I called asked about a part they said they had and then I get there 20 mins and they say they don't have one ...horrible service!! I called for a 2008 chevy tahoe and they said they had a spare tire in stock .. I told you I'd be there shortly ... the person even repeated the information back to me
Great salvage yard for late model car and truck parts. There is also a vintage lot. I was there to pick up parts for a '69 Corvette. Saw a '70 Dodge D100, Buick Wildcat, charger and many other cars from the 60's and 70's so give a call for what you need and they will have it pulled and ready for you when you get there.
Buyer beware for non local customers. Ordered part over phone confirming year of vehicle and received incorrect part when delivered. Advised me to mail it back to them on my dime for their mistake when cost of return shipping is approximately 3/4 price of the part.
Stay away from this business! Sold us a broken and faulty part, and then asked us to return it, which we did, paying for return shipping, and when they received it back, they denied us a refund saying it was out of warranty. Their attitude is really bad, not helpful at all.
Don't waste your time or money.
Just called and asked for a part. When I asked for the other years that will fit the vehicle, the yahoo that answered the phone said, "what do I need it for, I got a smart computer?" He also has a smart mouth. Poor customer service skills.
They list parts nationwide for sale online and have listed in stock.
Every time I call they don't have in stock or simply "don't sell that item" and have an attitude on the phone.
Please Stop! listing items nationwide and i wont waste my time or theirs!!!!!!!!!!

Always friendly, welcoming, and attentive and helpful to others, if they don't happen to have what ur lookin for at the time they courteously look in their database to try and find you somewhere or someone who might or does have what u need.
I just found out about Graves a week ago and have used their services 5 - 6 times already !
Advanced Auto today wanted $118 for a wheel hub assembly and Graves price is under $45. I bought 2 rotors and 2 calipers that were like new..
Everytime I call Graves they answer with please hold and that's it, don't wait on a response and then when they do get back to the phone they never have part that I need. 17 different vehicles and no parts for either of them. Service is trash!!!
Graves Auto Salvage (GAS) provided wonderful customer service, I highly recommend this business for meeting your needs. They open at 8:15, so unfortunately I called 3 other salvage yards that open at 8. The "you need me, I don't need you attitude" was obvious as soon as they answered the phone. Also 2 of the 3 refused to give me a price over the phone, and wanted my vehicle's VIN to find the part, it was simply some OEM WHEELS.
GAS answered with positivity and a wonderful how can I be of service to you attitude. The online inventory was accurate, and the gentlemen also verified the condition of the item (wheels) before I drove almost 2 hrs to pick it up. The price was also very reasonable, it's a salvage yard and they price accordingly. If parts are overpriced they don't sell, these guys know what they're doing. A+++
I had my rear passenger window knocked out. I called Graves and they were able to get me a new window faster than anyone else and at a good price. Customer service is awesome and friendly. Even took the time to make sure I knew how to install the window because I was fixing it myself.
I have a rare vehicle so it's tricky to find any parts at all. I did see many people being well taken care of, I just wasn't able to get the things I personally needed.
Will still recommend and feel like a typical vehicle would not have an issue getting g parts
The man at the front desk was quick, through, and professional. In the short time I was there, I saw him handle lots of clients and was amazed at how he did it lol.
They had exactly what I needed and the price was very good! The guy who was attending the counter was very knowledgeable! He knew just what the part was and my wait time was very small. I was so impressed with this place. There place business is so worth the drive if nothing else just for their manners!
The best place to get used automotive parts. Always super friendly and have endless knowledge about the products they sell. If they don't have what you need, they will help you find it.
Found a part for the interior or our 2006 Chrysler Crossfire. Rather rare car and even rarer part since the piece in question is faulty. Even though I was from out of town, they took the time to drive me down to the car and find the part. Pricing was very fair and I was only there for about 15 minutes. Great experience, great staff and great selection.
We purchased a 1986 Ford bronco from Ronny Graves. I personally couldn't be more impressed with Ronny or his busines. We drove down from Michigan with only pictures and his word that it was a solid bronco. He made a trip I was nervous about absolutely perfect. We wanted a rust free bronco from the south, not only is it rust free but Ronny had put some time into this bronco and it runs like a top.i have received tons of compliments on my new(old) bronco. Ronny even took time out of his Saturday to help me strap it down to the car hauler. It's nice to see there's still people with honesty and integrity. I plan to stay In contact with Ronny and if I ever look to purchase another old vehicle i will be checking with him first.
From out of town but will be back whenever I'm In the area. Located outside downtown Aiken it is easy to access. Went in looking for a used exterior handle for my c1500 and walked out with a brand new one for 20 bucks. Customer service was outstanding. Speak with Clifford!
